when i do my app and give my pp, what happens when my car beds in and gains hp and pp?? Is that ok to leave as is? Or do you have to limit it? Would be good and more life like if u get to keep it.. Also what will be the deal with oil change and rebuilds??

You should have done all that first before you tune your car with parts. Engine Rebuild and oil change. Engine breaking in, nothing can be done, so that's where the power limiter will come in.
