Hey, InitialR, the limit for this competition is 500PP. You're going to need to de-tune your NSX.

PSN ID: GTP_InitialR
Registered Vehicle: Honda NSX R '02
Preformance Points: 548
Color: Sun Burst Yellow
Home Track: Special Stage 5 (I know its not a "touge" track but I haven't seen a specified track list. Obviously people will have an advantage at their own custom track, I think we should not use "Custom" tracks. We should use tracks that are availible to everyone, the races will be closer, and it will be a matter of skill not track knowledge. I think we should agree on 4-5 tracks, Example; EIGER, EIGER (R), Trial mountain, Trial Mountain (R), A section of the nurb that we agree on, Special Stage 5, Special Stage 5 (R), that we could choose from to be our home course. With that said we could make a rule if you challenge somebody you go to their home track and vise versa.)

MAX PP is 500PP

Rival 1: SolidSnake7735
Rival 2: Nightingale__
Course: Snake Canyon
Batte Style: 3 Lap Cat & Mouse
Winner: Nightingale__
Battle Rating: 3 out of 5

Comments: It was a quick decision. Battle started out tight but as with Touge one mistake can dictate the outcome. This time i f'd up, engine damage halfway through the course. Great run never-the-less

I think I've finally solved my excel spreadsheet calculations for the levels and scores...

If this grows too big, i'll need someone with database experience... hahaha

I have a interesting idea for adding pictures to each driver. You know in the real IDAS game, when you select your rival to battle against. It always showed your rival's picture and now with the new IDAS ver.6 AA, it has a picture of both the driver and car.

On some of the courses, you'll noticed that on pit lane at the goal line are angled parking spots. I know it would take a great time of time, but it would be very interesting to have pictures of each rivals cars. I would be interested in helping out during my spare time if you needed. But just something that popped into my head.

Cool can you share it

Sorry Timber,

New updated Application, figured I might as well setup my car that I use in autocross and my daily driver.

RULES UPDATE: No you can't change the car and PP after you have submitted your application. I've got to be harsh on this, if not, everyone will be wanting to change their cars and that will be a headache for me.

Wait till season 1 starts, then you can change. Choose more wisely next time.

Oh well, when will more people be active so we can get some battles going?

I have a question. I am looking to join, I amuild my car tonight.. But the tracks, if they are all custom, is there anyway to get the info on the tracks so I can build them and practice? or are we supposed to go in blind, never having driven the track?

Well, you do what everyone else is doing. Add all other rivals, particularly the one you're interested in challenging and they should have Rhee gone course shared for all other rivals to "visit" and take runs on

Also, if anyone hosts a Touge lounge, they should have teir course playable for all to try

I was wondering if there is a way I can change my car hahaha I haven'y done any races yet..

Were on the same boat, bro. I chose my car with haste, not that it's a bad car, just that 4WD isn't my forte.

But we learn from experience right?

Ultimately, where you will battle your rival will be decided by the both of you. If you guys want a fair battle, you guys can choose a mutual ground.

That's why there's this pre-season to figure all these things out. From what I can see, if a rival have a home course "(H)", the rival must have that track shared online at all times. So any challenger can download and practice on the course. I think that's a fair system and that should work. What do you guys think?

Rules Update: If you have a Home course, you "MUST" share it online so people can download it.

Hopefully in the weekend, when people don't have to work. :)

Also, this is the pre-season, where you can help make this series even better by racing with other rivals and providing feedback before season 1 starts. All stats will be reset at the start of season 1. It'll also give me an opportunity to tweak my scoring formula.

Yeah Tim. What you have laid out is pretty clear already about using custom tracks. One thing I wanna clear up is how many times you can challenge someone. I saw you say only once a week per rival? Any specific reason? Sorry, just trying to slowly get to grasps with the scoring and level system.

Thanks.

You can challenge as many different rivals you want within a week. For the same rival, it's to prevent people from "grinding" experience points and scores.

Rules Update: Only the Rival who has lost can ask for a rematch after a week. And tracks and conditions of the race to be decided by the rival who lost.

I think it's a good idea that way.

Also, Mistubishi GTO SR '96, an under respresented car in Initial D!! Always only Evos... haha... I think the line up now is slowly looking really good, with all sorts of different cars.

Yeah, but the GTO weighs like a crapload and I'll probably switch cars.

I would like to update my Home Course.

A question regarding this - can it be as well a Track created on the Mt.Aso theme or only Toscana.

If it can be as well Mt.Aso than the name of the track is Mt.Kazumi.

You can see some of it in my latest vid.

Yes. Just as long as its a custom track and not too 'circuit' like.

Nope its a nice track - not at all circuit. I will share it later today when i will get home from work.
We had a few rounds on it with Hanniball yesterday and it was a blast!!!

I will be free from 5:00pm to 8:00pm PST during the week if anyone wants to get down on some battles. Feel free to pm me through here or the PSN. Although last night it crashed again.

Yes for now, all parts is okay. At the start of season 1, front aero cannot be used. To balance between standard and premium cars.
