IT'S HERE!!
PLEASE FEEDBACK!!
I liked it, it's a great start to the series and was fun to watch.
My feedback points:
I think you should lose the "What up bitches / Hello bitches" intro, I know it's not ment as an insult, and i'm not saying the naration should be perfectly politically correct and boring like an educational video they play in schools. I just think if you want people that don't know about touge to take the videos seriously that kind of intro isn't a good way to do it.
Personal thing that always bugs me is the terminology of "To touge" "Lets go do some touge" is incorrect in my eyes as it's like saying "To mountain pass" or "Lets go do some mountain pass" but that's not realy important
.
The two lap demonstraition battle was cool, and you explained the rules of the battle well, but the driving left more to be desired, I got the feeling niether of you was actualy trying (which is understandable as it was a demonstraition of the rules not a display of driving techniques). But seeing an actual battle with commentary over it would have been more enjoyable to watch for me than to see a "fake" battle. And the 2nd lap, you talked about how a spin or a crash ends the battle, but it started with TURBO spining out
I realy like the idea of the featured car, but I think you should go more indepth with it, all you did was show video of the car drifting and a picture of the tune sheet while telling me the specs saying this car is good on any tyres and tell me it's versatile.
I'd like it to be more descriptive.
Tell me the pro's and the con's of this car,
What track style suits the car best,
What the tuner was trying to achive with it, an on edge racer that will snap at you for any mistake but rewards perfect imputs? A lucid, flowing car that will gradually slide out but never snap back at you? Or a neutral easy to drive setup that is easy to push to it's limit but isn't necessarily the quickest it could be?
And why that tuner feels the settings he chose works, it's cool to get the opinions of different tuners on what they feel does what.
The same with the track feature run down at the end, you started to get more in depth towards the end but I feel you could expand more on this kind of feature.
Talk about the danger points of the track, the overtaking points, and how taking unconventional lines can be benificial in a battle.
Just a quick rundown form my point of view on the first few corners
Turn 1:
While the battle has just begun here and speeds are low a good exit for the corner is cruicial with this corner being on a crest (uphill entrance, downhill exit) and having slight road camber it's very easy to unabalance the car here, smooth steering and throttle inputs are needed to ensure a smooth exit.
The uphill straight:
A bad exit from turn 1 could cause you to lose the battle right here, especially if your opponant is using a more powerfull car, don't be afraid to be defencive here, but keep in mind turn 2 is coming up fast and you don't want to be in a bad position for corner entry here.
Turn 2 and 3:
As you refer to it "The summit" with the first apex of these two conrners being on a crest the the front of the car will lift and go light, this will cause the car to pull wide, it's important to keep the car balanced here good driver skill or a balanced setup is key. Jerky and heavy steering and throttle imputs here will cause the car to slide or or understeer wide.
Hope this is the kind of feedback you was looking to hear Snake, and sorry for the big post everyone else, and overall great video I can't wait to see Ep2 👍
