Hope this is the kind of feedback you was looking to hear Snake, and sorry for the big post everyone else, and overall great video I can't wait to see Ep2 👍

This is absolutely the kind of feedback I was hoping for 👍
I wanted to get this episode out there as soon as possible more so to gauge response and feedback to the style and unorthodoxy of it all. I'm definitely taking notes towards the next episode, which will have more time and production value invested in it.

Thank you all for the feedback! :gtpflag:

+ How did you hear about LotS?
I saw a room with Solidsnake in it, and I remembered him from this thread, so I joined. Too bad I had to leave 10 minutes after for personal reasons. I ran with him once though.

+ What makes LotS Special to you?
I played Initial D some time ago like once in my friend's house, and I loved it. I was wondering if there would be a better representation. I saw this thread, and I was simply amazed.

+ Tell us a little bit about your favourite car (for LotS)?

The Skyline 370GT has some sentimental value to me. My dad USED to drive an Infiniti G37s coupe, and I LOVED that automobile. It was fast, and it handled well. I wanted to represent that car in touge racing, as I didn't see anyone drive it. I made it have that baby-look. :) I'm pretty sure that it will give quite a challenge :) 386 horses of pure bliss! It will surely set you back by its beauty as well!

+ What do you drive in real life?
I don't drive anything. My dad owns an Infiniti M37S, and my mom owns a 2008 BMW 328i e90 with a cold air intake and a catback exhaust. And xenons

+ How long would you think you'll support LotS for?
This seems very interesting, so I will support this as long as I stay playing GT5, which will be a long time! :)

Still open?

the striked out numbers means NO.

btw, i just deleted a bunch of people I don't race or play with, so if i deleted anyone from LotS, you'll probably see me in a lobby at some point. no harm, no foul.

I'm going to be up for battles today, but I don't know if my internet connection is. It's getting annoying how often it disconnects.

I'll likely be getting online quite soon to get my season started as well.

For darthprimer's first race, we started out slow with his Starlet Glanza against my MX-5. Implying my tried and tested strategy against new drivers, I let him lead the first round and sat behind him to see how he handled my pressure. I tried to stick my nose up the inside of his car a couple of times but he blocked very well. When darth understeered at a tricky left hander before a small uphill, I poked my car up the inside in order to get alongside on the run towards the double switchback hairpins. I hung on around the outside through the first right hand hairpin before hugging the inside line, as well as using the dirt, I powered past darth and sped away to a comfortable win.

An intense 4 round battle between the NSX and the FD that was only spoiled by the fast night glitch. :grumpy: I started chasing and was able to stay on chev's tail as he tried hard to shake me off. Round 2 saw me driving a little cautiously due to the glitch but I pushed on with chev bravely clinging on to the back of my car. Round 3 saw chev starting to struggle as his FD began to eat its rear tyres. I had a couple of attempts to pass but couldn't get them done. The final round allowed me to push hard to take advantage of chev's troubles and I was able to stretch the gap wide enough to take victory.

Worrying about the pace of the S2k, I chose to lead but this battle only lasted one round. I drove my 86 at my limits but despite its oversteer, the Amuse kept pace with me right up until the first high speed straight where chev took advantage of me running wide to dive down the inside and set up a drag race down the straight. I tried to brake later into the sharper left hand corner following the right kink at the end of the straight, but I went too deep into the corner and chev was able to pass me and hold on to win.

Another battle spoiled by the fast night glitch but a thoroughly enjoyable one regardless. I started out leading and was able to cruise away from Snake's BMW as he clearly struggled to match the superior pace of my NSX. I continued to stretch the gap and won the race quite comfortably.

I went into this battle expecting a punishing enduro with it being 86 vs 86 but I emerged victorious after only 2 rounds. I led Round 1 and tried my hardest to widen the gap but Snake was able to push his 86 to stay just over 1 second behind when we crossed the line. With Snake leading Round 2, he struggled to stay on top of his car which allowed me to close in and perform a brave pass around the outside in the high speed section. Once in front, I drove away to a commanding gap of over 7 seconds at the line.

Snake's EK has serious straight line punch but due to his lack of FF experience, he was unable to match the pace and sheer balance of my MX-5 as I cruised a 9.3 second gap at the line leading a from start to finish in the quick 1 round battle.

^ Confirmed.

Class B: I tried a risky maneuver on the high-speed esses which would've netted me a considerable gap. But misjudging the braking point cost me the race as i damaged my suspension, good race.

Won't be going on for a week since my PS3 Ribbon Cable for the Power/Eject Switch board broke. D: I might have to sit out for this one -_- but don't retire me, I'll see what I can do.

I will be on for the next couple of hours. Just add me or message me if down for a battle. I won't open a room until people get on. It seems my connection is working pretty well for now.
P.s. if you live in america do not use windstream connections it is a terrible service. The only reason I use them is because they are the only provider in my area. They provide for more people than their system can handle and they refuse to upgrade to fiber optics because they know people don't have a choice, so the have to shut down individual connections every two minutes so everyone can have at least a little bit of internet. Sorry for the rant but this explain why I can't be on very much.
