I think that is blurrs job to update lol but also i think we should post somewhere that there is no set number of spots in a season and that everyone is welcome to run with us.

Test Season 1 signups are now available. To clarify what we're doing this season, we will be running the Purist Class ONLY! Due to lack of the course creator in GT6, we will be using The Nurburgring Nordschleife. The Section is basically most of the track but ends at the first Audi banner that leads on the to the long Straight. If you're confused as to what I mean, It will be much easier to show you in game, on the track. (Maybe someone could make a quick diagram?)
I also want to remind everyone that you can't battle until after you've signed up, and you also have the right to refuse a battle at any given time. If I find people are abusing the system or are failing to meet regulations, you will be perma-banned from LoTS. Everyone needs to realize that Fun & Safety comes first on the Touge, and if you're being reckless or disrespectful there will be CONSEQUENCES.

Where do we sign up exactly? I can't seem to find a link on the site...
How long will the side season last (I have to go on a business trip for two weeks starting the 14th of June and I wanna make sure I won't be away for too much of the season...)

You can find the link at the bottom of the second post on this thread. It says join test season 1.
As for how long the season is im not sure that is up to blurr. I have heard that signups end monday which is the 2nd, so if your not leaving till the 14th then most of the season most likely be over. And ita only a test season so my advice would be to run in it anyway. Great way to get your feet wet.

The season starts on Monday, but I'm going to leave signups open through out the season. I completely forgot to post the start and end dates though, so I'm going to do that now! You'll find them with the signups and leaderboard.

There has never been a sign-up deadline in LotS. Being as you can only battle a a particular rival once per week, you could sign up on the last day of the season and still make the finals if you battle and defeat all rivals in one day.

There ahould be a pre-inspection on all cars before a race... I'm watching everyone's cars, shifting ect ect.. I've pretty much ran all cars if not all others I run with have and we know top speeds and times

Sounds like a good idea tbh.. how would be go about doing it though? The inspector has the same car as you with stock transmission? quick run down the straight whilst someone else spectates shifting points/gear lengths etc?

Thanks to slidin for such a good race, hardest race I've ever had since joining the touge community and just overall on GT.
