With the UCD and LCD having their cars changing colors every other day, I'd keep an eye on the 911 Carrera '73 and the Nismo 400R, because they have some interesting color options.

Maybe this is a silly question. I only have ONE car remaining to buy and it's been like that for a long time. It's the Toyota GT-One (TS020) '99. Some sites don't even list it in Legendary Cars dealer... Am I wasting my time, or will it come up eventually?

It will come back, in a bit more than one month I'd say.
 
When are we likely to see the Toyota 2000GT again? I've found a sweeeeeeeet livery I want to make for it but don't want to widebody the one and only model I currently have in my garage...

It last appeared on 8/1 so it should be back at the end of this month or first of November. Could be sooner if it is a special pick.

Monday and Tuesday (Americas time) - the first of the "limited stock" cars won't sell out until tomorrow.

There's a good chance the Camaro shows up Monday as it's second in line. The rest of the wishlist will be a while unless one of them is the next Special Pick.

I just think its such an overreaction to assume that because you aren't actively making noise every second/minute/hour/day/week/month or whatever, you're "fine with it". There are many issues I have in the world right now (Issues I'd argue are far bigger then gaming) but I don't feel the need to spew a brewing mess at every waking moment I find.

I know its never going to happen but if you reach Collector Level 50 - then you deserve to view ALL the cars in the Legends dealer.

How about ditching the collector level altogether, make all cars available from the start, make the most expensive ones 1/10 of the price and give us a career mode consisting mostly of ClubmanCup+ style (by which I mean grid start and a less annoying AI than usual) races?

Won’t ever happen of course, but why not dream big while you’re at it?
