With tonight’s purchase of the Corvette Stingray Racer I now have at least 2 of every LCD car! I have as many as 11 of the 962 C, 7 of the 787b, and 6 of most of the cars I really like.6 is usually my limit for duplicates since there is finite space in my garage.

I'am still waiting for a genuine black dodge charger 😴.

Now, i'am furious!

Bought the Merc, the last of the LCDs I needed! Came a week earlier than I initially expected (per an estimation post here from a while ago) but I had it timed anyway. Was sitting at 18.7mil but got the 2mil from the Spa TT so was able to buy it with a whopping 700k left (less than one Sardegna's worth!).

Knowing PD they'll introduce a new LCD car on Saturday that's 20mil.

I saw the Merc and started to buy it but I'm waiting for the 330 to return. It should be completed by soon since the Ford and Jag have appeared already

I'm tracking the Ferrari 330 appeared last on May 31st. I bought it then for that Legends Trophy thing. Picked up the Jag the middle of June. Don't recall when I got the Ford for that Trophy.

Something they haven't done once in over 2 years of updates. In fact, the most expensive update cars have been the McLaren MP4/4 and Valkyrie, at 10M and 4M respectively. The MP4/4 can even be won as a prize, albeit not an easy task to complete.

I don't even know what car I think would be a good fit that'd also be 20m credits. Maybe another Ferrari 250 GTO, except it'd have the "Series II" bodywork? (I actually saw such a car at the 2024 Greenwich Concours d'Elegance!) I don't think even the most expensive Aston Martin models that've gone to auction would hit 20m if they appeared in GT7.

...and the maroon Cobra ;)
I wanted this one so bad , even if I already have a couple in other colors, but I wanted this maroon...
Unfortunately I couldn't get enough money on time....was counting on Suzuki to win with the Porsche this past weekend...

I guess I will have to wait for an eternity later.

Too many damn repeats.

Yeah. That '56 Porsche appeared as a special pick about 2 weeks ago. Think it sold out just a few days ago.
I agree on the repeats but on the bright side thanks to special picks if some is waiting for a car and it appears as a special pick they don't have to wait 3 months for said car.👍

I'm hoping the 917K or the F1 '94 to appear as a special picks.

and also - of course if exist - good to see more color variations, if you waiting for a specific color, so I'm happy with the returning of the 356 speedster :D

Got nearly 3 million. I'll try and do Spa 24h a few times before the weekend and can hopefully accumulate enough credits for the GT40. God, this grind is a pain in the posterior. So many cars that are 17-20 million.

If you haven't the circuit experiences are easy money

1.5 million credits per hour easy? (not for me that's for sure lol)
Whack on the ghost .2/3 ahead and just follow them.

A few tries each sector and a full lap plus restarts is over 2 mill an hour especially the simple tracks you can do 2/3 an hour but they are one and done :(

mmmm...yeah I don't think so. The simple tracks...might have taken me an hour or a little less but they only pay 1 mil for the gold (some even only 500k) and 250k for the bronze. But many of them take well over an hour for me even following ghosts around. Nordshleife may pay 5 million, but I've already put three or four hours into it and only managed to silver a couple of the sectors. It might take me 5 or 10 more to gold everything and get that full lap done lol. And if I'm trying to scare up the cash for a legend car I'll just run Sardegna for 1.5 mil per hour and save myself the frustration.

(don't get me wrong, doing the game stuff is fine. I'll eventually get around to the CEs and the licenses (I mean I've bronzed most of it already). But when it comes to grinding for cash to try and get the cars done I want a sure thing. I don't want to drop 2 or 3 hours on a CE for 1mil when I can earn 2 or 3 times as much in the same time just doing one of the grind races. And I certainly don't want to put 2 or 3 hours into a CE and NOT get the gold and have to grind Sardegna anyway! lol)

Nice special pick additions, just in time for the new weekly challenges
Yeah, that avatar isn't going to fly. Try another and remember this (by which you just agreed to abide) when you do so:
