Messed-up GT5 photography for me.

Got enough search engines there, buddy?

We must have different definitions of simple. To me, simple is only changing the backround. Clean is only having the folders and application which I use frequently available on the desktop. Clean and simple is used to describe a matter of function, not appearance. Also, when I say it "speaks volumes," I'm referring to the notion that a glance at my desktop pretty much tells you all you'd need to know about how I use my computer.

NHL playoffs, here we come. Just about to watch the game!!!!!!!

If they get to the Finals, don't be surprised if fans of the opposing team wear shirts and hold up signs that read "Hands off of our Cup you Canuck-leheads!" and one of the players makes with a hockey-styled Moe Eye-poke.[/threestoogesreference]:D

Everyone would call my desktop cluttered then.

And it is. When the desktop space is more than half icons, I think anyone would call it cluttered, not just the crazy iconless people like me.
It's organized though. And there's actually half the icons hidden so there's really a lot more.

Organized and clutter are not exclusive at all. I just find no need for so many icons, as most people rarely use more than maybe even a dozen applications on a regular basis. Quick launch handles that just fine, and anything else I just pin to my Start Menu at this point that I use semi often.

That, and I just don't like icons on the desktop because I generally have windows open across all 3 of my monitors, so its not like I see those icons without minimizing Windows, so wouldn't really save much time either.

I don't know why but I seem to like having icons around, as long as they're organized neatly.

Though when I setup with a new wallpaper when I overhaul the machine, I'm likely to take a cleaner appearance.
