I don't think "intelligance" has much to do with it. Oh the irony!

When you purchase a computer, chances are it comes preinstalled with Windows. When you build your own, chances are you will buy Windows for it. Most schools, libraries, and workplaces have Windows. The reason people use Windows isn't because they are unintelligent, but because it's what they know.

I firmly believe that Mac OS X Tiger is superior to Windows XP and even Vista in many ways, but that doesn't matter. The fact that Windows is "good enough" will keep alternative operating systems such as Mac, SLED, RHEL, and the various free Linux distributions from fully taking over the marketshare and mindshare.

The biggest lie I've heard in my life.

About 30 - 50% of people currently own Macs or have owned Macs.

80% of the people in my town mainly use Macs, even all the schools use Macs here and the rest of the PC's are for noob students.

I'll admit that my source may be a little off (multiple comments said that the percentage was higher), but the largest, most optimal percentage I found was 16%.

Yeah I was joking... I guess i am just used to the making fun of I get from my other site for being on a mac. Where I live most people have macs too and the newspapers have all switched pretty much too.

What I find funny is that I was talking to one of my friends, and he says Macs are way too slow and overrated and all.

The day after his PC crashed.

They have games, like World of Warcraft, Halo, KoTOR, The Sims, etc. But if you meant "Macs have crap selection of games", then you're right.
