Wait, you have more than one L21 card? How did you get so many?

All one needs is two accounts(main & 2nd) & one Lvl 21 card.
1. Copy your 2nd account with the Lvl 21 ticket onto a flashdrive
2. Hatch the ticket in the 2nd account & send it to the main account
3. After sending the car to the main account press the PS button to return to the XMB to the Saved Data Utility.
4. Delete the game save
5. Copy the save that's on the flashdrive & you get to hatch the ticket again but can't send to your main until reset
