List of the "just a bodykit version of the other cars" VGT:

- Mitsubishi
- BMW
- Lexus

- Toyota? (PD helps the base car development though)

I have no problem with this Lexus being based on an existing concept car. It's not as if we are getting a body-kitted version of a car currently in GT6, plus it's based on one of my favourite concept cars of all time.

With both Lexus and Toyota taking this approach to their VGT projects you have to wonder if the designers were not permitted to spend extensive time on them by the company management as they didn't see the benefit matching the investment.
With more than 2 dozen firms involved, you're bound to get different levels of enthusiasm and commitment. I suspect Kaz just went to them and said, "we have this idea, design a concept car for us, do whatever you like, we'll put it in the game, the fans would really like to see what you can create without limitations and we'll cross promote everything on Youtube and in the game to create some buzz for you and us. What do you think?" Some will see it as an opportunity to be really creative, some will take a more real world approach. It would be easy to argue that those taking a more conservative and real world approach are actually the more serious participants, given that their cars have a chance of going into production, and I don't think we'll be seeing any laser powered cars any time soon.

So we have already concluded that this (awesome- to throw that out there) LF-LC GT is just a body kitted version of the 'regular' LF-LC? So? Do we have that car in game? No. And if it's called "GT", that usually refers to a race car. If thats the case, I didnt know race cars were just concept cars with 'body kits'. That sure sucks

I knew we would get another Vision GT by the time the Alpine was announced to be released in March.

On the concept sketch, it look like, to me, the LF-LC Hatchback version (which it wont make a lot of sense because LF-LC is one of the most beautiful cars in my opinion and I cant see that car as a hatchback).

So I'm taking everyone answer for this VGT, Lexus LF-LC GT Vision Gran Turismo confirmed.

Plus when I heard about the name of this car, I'm thinking we're not getting two Vision GT's, we might get the actually LF-LC in the next update.

So please PD, if you gonna get this VGT in the game, please bring the LF-LC also to Gran Turismo 6. People will good crazy for the car we wanted.

Wait. I think I figured this out.

Its basically a ISF Racing Concept program again but with LF-LC instead (and no interior).

It honestly looks good.

Thank god it don't look like a hatchback like what they did in their concept sketch.

Plus I hope we can change the paint on that machine you call good looking and a beast.

If it doesn't let us, I'll be heartbroken :(

Just realized something: Who designed the LF-LC concept? Calty Design, the exact same people who did the Toyota FT-1 and subsequently, the FT-1 Vision GT. Would not at all surprise me if they were responsible in designing this.

Also, holy balls that looks great.

What's up with the shiny rainbow stuff? There's a word for it, can't remember.

That's the Lexus logo.
