Lotus Elan: Wrong rear lights and wrong year!!

This is a Lotus Elan S2! Rear lights which are incorrect since GT4:
gfs_53690_2_59.jpg

Because real car S1 has:
autowp.ru_lotus_elan_1.jpg

Because of that, it can't be considered as Lotus Elan S1'62! Is Lotus Elan S2'64!

The C30 R-Design' 09 has some incorrect information.

The engine size is 2.5L. PD rendered the C30 as an Inline-Four, when in reality, the largest Inline-Four in a C30 is 2.0L. And therefore, the engine is a Straight-Five.

The Volvo 240 GLT Estate '88 is full of incorrect information.
They never made a GLT Estate in 1988.

According to it's engine, the 2.3 RedBlock that's supposedly "Naturally Aspirated" (B23 240s are Turboed), it's described as a 1983 or 1984 M.Y., not a 1988 model.

@Gerarghini

All 2013 NASCARs are off, they should be quicker and lighter than their 2011/2010 counterparts.
Also, within a same production year, some cars show noticeably slower laptimes & top speeds, while others are faster, usng the same setup. It shouldn't be.
This is more important than some line missing on a car or a part of the grille being wrong IMHO...

The ~2009 Civic Type R has the whole body pushed forward on it's chassis, so the wheels are no where close to centered in the wheel wells, and are shoved way towards the back.

I found some cars which are represented incorrectly:

Ford Escort Rally Car
No driver/co-driver name, no "Escort" Logo in the windshield and no number. No driver/co-driver name in windows. (Belongs to Juha Kankkunen)

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI Rally Car
No driver/co-driver name, no "Tommi" in hood and rear bumper, no round name in top of number "1" (TAP Rali de Portugal 1999) and no plate. (Belongs to Tommi Makinen)

Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IV Rally Car
Same as VI. (Belongs to Tommi Makinen)

Mitsubishi Lancer Super Rally Car
Same as VI and IV. (Belongs to Tommi Makinen and PD)

Mitsubishi Pajero Evolution Rally
driver/co-driver name (From Hiroshi Masouka) blocked by blocks

Peugeot 205 T16 Evo 2
No number in door.

Peugeot 206 Rally Car
Driver/Co-driver name (François Delecour/Daniel Grataloup) blocked by blocks and plate of round replaced by "Gran Turismo" Logo.

Toyota Celica Rally Car (ST205)
Plate of round replaced by "Gran Turismo" Logo.
Why these cars aren't on OP?

Things missing on the Gillet Vertigo '04:
  • Incorrect livery (Not the one used by Belgian Racing in 2004, infact dont think that livery was ever used. I might be wrong though)
  • Proximus window banner
  • Canon logo just infront of rear wheels
  • DHL logo infront of front wheels
  • Materne logo underneath the inside of the headlights
  • Toledo Telecom logo on the sideskirts
  • Valvoline logo on the sideskirts
  • Driver names above the passenger side and drivers side windows
  • Toledo Telecom logo missing above the headlights
  • Alot of logos that are on the car are in the wrong places if it was to be the correct livery

I've been way too busy lately to add some of the new data guys, I'll try to get on it today if possible although no guarantees.

According to it's engine, the 2.3 RedBlock that's supposedly "Naturally Aspirated" (B23 240s are Turboed), it's described as a 1983 or 1984 M.Y., not a 1988 model.
That is incorrect, most B23 and B230 RedBlock engines came NA.
Out of the 13 different B23/B230 engines that where offered in Volvo 240's only 4 of them where turbocharged.

Because of what year the Volvo 240 Wagon is listed as, it shouldn't be a GLT trim car.
I would guess that there is just a typo with the car because it is a newer spec car because of the front end that it has, since it is running a late spec front end which was 1986 to 1993.
Also out of all the 245 Turbo Wagons that I know of they where all B21 engined cars.

I'm mostly saying this because I happen to have a 1987 Volvo 240 Estate.

The Pontiac Vibe GT's lift engagement rpm and redline rpm's are incorrect and were incorrect in GT5, as well. In the 2003, lift begins at 6200rpm, not 6500 rpm and depending on gear, redlines from 8300 to 8400 rpms, not 8000. Drives me completely nuts as you're unable to keep it in lift between shifts. Basically, the things that make this car so fun to drive are nerfed.

In the meantime (and probably for eternity) I'll try to tune the car to match the actual stock characteristics.

I couldn't care less about the Nissan S-chassis in the game because there are so many identical variations and not one of the chassis I owned (S12 200SX).

There are only 9 versions of the Silvia that hold significance:

1988 and 1991 S13 Q's and K's.
S14 Q's and K's.
S15 spec-S and spec-R

S15 Varietta

@Gerarghini, y u no add those yet?

R8 5.2 having Silvia S14 Q's description seems to be yet another NTSC-only issue.
Citoren Xsara WRC '99 has Polyphony Digital and Rally Tokyo R246 2009 instead of RACC/Rally Catalunya decals.
R8 LMS '09 Team PS has Gran Turismo logo instead of ADAC Nurburgring 24 in the side (Falken GT-R, which came before it, had the Nurburging logo) and Gran Turismo URL in the rear "windshield" instead of Destuche Post logo.
Audi R18 Proto - Renault is mentioned instead of Peugeot in the car description
Toyota Celica GT-Four ST205 WRC '95 - Bad/biased history in description (game claims Toyota rage quit at the end of 1995 season after DSQ for illegal turbos, whereas what actually happened was FIA ejecting them and banning the works team for 1996)
787B - made up driver names
NSX-R Prototype LM Race Car - missing white box (for car number) in the side
RX-7 LM Race Car - missing white box (for car number) in the rear bumper

Many of the standard WRC cars have these made up Rally decals.

On the Nissan NISMO GTR GT3 Team RJN its missing the official Blancpain numbers as shown here:
Blancpain_Endurance_Nurburgring_2013_Joachim_Gruchot_7820.jpg

granturismo6_13l1kmj.png

I suspect this is on purpose because of the GT Academy (after all, the team name is "GT Academy Team RJN")
