Logitech G Pro Racing Wheel

Thank you @LOGI_Rich ! I don't know how high you are up the corporate ladder but I suggest for the Logitech's comms team a course in crisis comms. almost 7 days for getting a press release out, jeez. Situations like this can cause hefty brand reputation losses. Look at Sonos (not the same thing but you know what i mean) anyway, sorry for the rant you are the wrong recipient of this since you're more than super helpful for the community. I've send my complaints to the media relations team as well.

@Chim-Chim 133.5.150 or 133.5.100? We've never released a version with the former numbering, so I'm assuming 100 is what's showing. The latest version is 133.6.106, so you're probably stuck on an old version of G HUB. Uninstall it, then download and install the latest version from the website - that should prompt you with a firmware update for the wheel that will take it to 133.6.106.

Can I also make sure that you're not using any form of USB extension? Also, for troubleshooting purposes, it's always wise to test in more than one title, so do please try and test in something else to see if this can be replicated there (assuming the firmware update doesn't make any difference).

Sorry for the version error. Last night it said i was up to date on the firmware.

I left everything unplugged for 20 minutes and reconnected. That seem to help. I was able to run a 50 minute lobby race last night without issues. Ran another 40 miles this morning and still no issues. So hopefully the unplug/reconnect helped. Thanks for being so responsive. I really appreciate it. I will let you know if it happens again. Thanks!

Nothing to apologise for - just making sure :-)

Like I said, if you really are only on 133.5.100 then you may be stuck on an old G HUB version. Just uninstall, redownload and install and it should then prompt for an update that takes you to 133.6.106.
