Logitech G Pro Racing Wheel

Thank you @LOGI_Rich ! I don't know how high you are up the corporate ladder but I suggest for the Logitech's comms team a course in crisis comms. almost 7 days for getting a press release out, jeez. Situations like this can cause hefty brand reputation losses. Look at Sonos (not the same thing but you know what i mean) anyway, sorry for the rant you are the wrong recipient of this since you're more than super helpful for the community. I've send my complaints to the media relations team as well.

@Chim-Chim 133.5.150 or 133.5.100? We've never released a version with the former numbering, so I'm assuming 100 is what's showing. The latest version is 133.6.106, so you're probably stuck on an old version of G HUB. Uninstall it, then download and install the latest version from the website - that should prompt you with a firmware update for the wheel that will take it to 133.6.106.

Can I also make sure that you're not using any form of USB extension? Also, for troubleshooting purposes, it's always wise to test in more than one title, so do please try and test in something else to see if this can be replicated there (assuming the firmware update doesn't make any difference).

Sorry for the version error. Last night it said i was up to date on the firmware.

I left everything unplugged for 20 minutes and reconnected. That seem to help. I was able to run a 50 minute lobby race last night without issues. Ran another 40 miles this morning and still no issues. So hopefully the unplug/reconnect helped. Thanks for being so responsive. I really appreciate it. I will let you know if it happens again. Thanks!

Nothing to apologise for - just making sure :-)

Like I said, if you really are only on 133.5.100 then you may be stuck on an old G HUB version. Just uninstall, redownload and install and it should then prompt for an update that takes you to 133.6.106.

I went for the free shipping option and haven’t heard anything. Come to think about it, I don’t think I ever got an email confirmation either. Order is in their system if I log in though.

Edit: email was in my junk folder.

In Europe, I received a confirmation from the carrier DHL (by mail and SMS).

In my case, I think the product start from Italy via DHL, and will probably transit through another carrier in France.

I confirm... no update on the site of Momo.

Ok I understand now. The GHub is telling me the I have the latest version and I know it is not 133.6.106, so it is stuck. I will give that a try as well, uninstall and reinstall and update firmware to 133.6.106. Thanks!

To others ordering in US with Fedex, it gave me 2 options. Free shipping or 2 day for $222!!! 😂 Which is crazy, that’s like overnight next morning AM fare. It only weighs 4 pounds. I went with free shipping and it’s looking like it may be only 2 business days! I just assumed it would be maybe 7-10 days. Go with the free shipping if it’s Fedex!

Just wondered if there's any news for settings on "ASSETTO CORSA EVO" because I've just started calibrating the wheel, which it has found, but I'm getting the old still left steer right non response issue.

The games Settings page and didn't see it on there so I did a quick search and couldn't find anything there so I thought I'd post here.

Games scan didn't find it but that's no surprise cause I put it on a different ssd than the default C drive so I browse for it and obviously there's no icon in the games and applications there but at least it's there .

Any news on an update for this title?

Seems to be working abit now, I'll report back on more testing.

How's about a complete makeover.
I see that Lovely Stickers are now producing a wrap for the new Logi wheels. They have had them for the original wheel and also to cover the base for a while. I've been tempted, but not quite purchased... Yet.

An example.

Nice range, if they do a 2024 WRC one more like this RedBeull design than the other I'd probably be sold, although the Valentino Rossi Audi one is real nice too. Would eat out of the Momo 32cm / H-shifter fund though.

Hi @LOGI_Rich.
I Accidentally hooked the USB cable from my pro wheel and it got really damaged.
It didnt unpluged from my console but I left the plug in a 45° angle on the ps5 usb port.

Now the wheel doesnt start up. The 3 circles keep showing until it turns off.

I tried to search in the Logitech store to buy a replacement but couldnt find it.
Can you help me please?

I had to buy a cable to connect the pedals to the base (the OEM cable was missing in the package).

J'ai acheté celui-ci :

The length of 1.50 m is sufficient, on a Sim-Lab P1X-Pro rig, to connect the two.

The micro-usb plug, of rectangular format, is small enough to fit in the pedals base, of trapezoidal format.

I did not find any cable with ferrite. Perhaps you should buy them separately.

Besides, this may be interesting because without ferrite, I can take out my cable under the mounting plate of the rig for a cleaner installation (the ferrite cores have too large a diameter to pass through the reservations of the plate, so passage on the side).

Momo Sim GT 320 arrived today, the round wheel. Compared to the other rounder wheels I have, the RS Round wheel and the D-shaped one that came with it, the 320 is larger. The grips feel a lot more substantial and ergonomic comparatively too. The only downside is that the paddles do seem a little small for the wheel now. They still work and function, but it would be nice if they came out a little further for the larger wheel. I can’t imagine how the paddles would feel in the 15” MPI wheel.

Edit: this might just be in my head, but playing in VR, with the larger wheel, it seems like the camera location is closer to the wheel in VR after going to the larger wheel. I’m not sure if it’s in my head or if the game is using the VR2 to see the size of the wheel I’m using to try to match it up with the size of the virtual wheel in game.

Would love to see photos or an Unboxing perhaps of the packaging. So eager to order mine but UK Folk are awaiting the Logi website to update so we can place our orders. Hoping it's resolved earlier this week than later. 🙏🏼

Have you tried adjusting the paddles on the back to space them out wider to it's most extended point? Simple adjustment should do from what I've seen on the Hub itself! So excited to order it.

I didn’t do a full unboxing. Took this quick photo, just realized it’s the back of the wheel instead of the front. It’s a simple box, it comes in a white cotton-ish bag inside the box.

I already have the paddles as far out as they go. I feel like the paddle spacing was designed for the smaller 290mm wheels.

Your wheel looks great even the back, lots of contour!! They ship these wheels out fast. I’m glad you said the grips are more substantial. The Mpi grips are just a couple millimeters on the thin side for my tired old construction hands. Change your grip and it’s good. But I’d love if these Momo wheels have a couple millimeters of extra grip.

I fully agree on the shifters, it would be awesome have a few extra mm. lol. You're right the paddles are maxed out and designed for 290 wheels for sure. My Mpi 330 wheel is a little bit of a stretch but you forget about after a few laps. We have to hope someone makes longer ones, simple easy design. Easy install. Someone please make them and post it here lol. Maybe someone already has?

I agree on the 15” wheel too. I think I would have to open my hands and slide them forward to reach while shifting. Someone create some options for the RS Hubs Please! You would sell a bunch of them.

Ultimately for me the fact is that PSVR2 is so immersive and fun that I could use a cardboard steering wheel and forget it’s cardboard in a few laps. It’s wild

Part of the complaint about the paddles might be my smaller hand size too. Though I would love it if someone made some extended paddles. I kind of want to try the MPI GT-style wheel since it does look promising.

I think almost anyone who tries a 320 or bigger wheel will want extended paddles. It will just make everything easier for us.

Get it for sure, you will love it! High quality materials and feels great.

G Pro Wheel arrived today. No comment....

Upon start up it says "connect usb cable" even though everything is connected.

What am I missing?

@GlamFM Is the cable connected to the console and the console powered on? If so, do you have a photo of the back of the wheel showing the cable connected?
Thank’s for the quick reply. It sorted itself out. Newest firmware is installed.
See you on the other side.
