Morning all, new to the forum but have been lurking a little.

I’ve been trying to upgrade from my G923 for a while now, but struggling to get Logitech to take my money!

I placed an order on Amazon but shipping date is March-April and tbh I want the RS Hub and Track Wheel instead of the standard wheel.

The UK website looks like it’ll take an order but I can’t change the shipping address to Jersey, where I live. I can’t get through on the customer support phone number.

Any ideas? Or shortcuts for me to place an order somewhere.

I’m 50/50 on just going the Fanatec route rather than waiting around for Amazon as I’m not confident it’ll materialise.

I was also on the G923 before. It is a big step, but also a big learning curve.

The in-game Sensitivity point is fine. It's like he says; they're recommendations. The recommended settings are based on running the wheel at max torque but we all know that setting the sensitivity to 10 when you're doing that makes the wheel oscillate like crazy if you're in any of the Group cars. With the 3 torque that he's running, that's far less of an issue and in fact running higher sensitivity gets you back some of the info that you might be missing by running the torque lower.

This is the kind of thing I was hinting at last week. Could be expanded upon on the Logitech settings recommendations page. You pointed out that GT7 does have in-game explanations for what the settings do, but honestly; they're like 1-2 sentences in total and many people like myself are left none the wiser as to how the words translate to the experience when we drive. It could do with some fleshing out. For example - you mention above that a combo of (Sensitivity 10, Torque 3) could work ok and it'd be interesting to hear how the driving experience would differ when compared to a combo of say (Sensitivity 1, Torque 11). What exact "info" does one gain/lose with each combo?
