Hey man.Morning all, new to the forum but have been lurking a little.
I’ve been trying to upgrade from my G923 for a while now, but struggling to get Logitech to take my money!
I placed an order on Amazon but shipping date is March-April and tbh I want the RS Hub and Track Wheel instead of the standard wheel.
The UK website looks like it’ll take an order but I can’t change the shipping address to Jersey, where I live. I can’t get through on the customer support phone number.
Any ideas? Or shortcuts for me to place an order somewhere.
I’m 50/50 on just going the Fanatec route rather than waiting around for Amazon as I’m not confident it’ll materialise.
Thanks for that, I’d be very grateful for his help.Hey man.
Logitech has been struggling a bit with their online store and shipping in general, but things seem to be going smoother now.
However your problem seems to be related to you living in (on?) Jersey.
Maybe @LOGI_Rich can help?
Best of luck. I'm a relatively new G Pro owner and I love it.

Glad to hear you love it, my G923 has served me well but I’m hoping a G Pro is a big step up and helps me get back into GT7 in particular
This is the kind of thing I was hinting at last week. Could be expanded upon on the Logitech settings recommendations page. You pointed out that GT7 does have in-game explanations for what the settings do, but honestly; they're like 1-2 sentences in total and many people like myself are left none the wiser as to how the words translate to the experience when we drive. It could do with some fleshing out. For example - you mention above that a combo of (Sensitivity 10, Torque 3) could work ok and it'd be interesting to hear how the driving experience would differ when compared to a combo of say (Sensitivity 1, Torque 11). What exact "info" does one gain/lose with each combo? The in-game Sensitivity point is fine. It's like he says; they're recommendations. The recommended settings are based on running the wheel at max torque but we all know that setting the sensitivity to 10 when you're doing that makes the wheel oscillate like crazy if you're in any of the Group cars. With the 3 torque that he's running, that's far less of an issue and in fact running higher sensitivity gets you back some of the info that you might be missing by running the torque lower.
So when you increase the sensitivity you'll make the wheel more likely to pick up those quieter effects in the steering that have otherwise been muted by reducing the overall torque.・Force Feedback Sensitivity
Adjust the resistance of the steering wheel when you start to turn it. This resistance is an example of force feedback, which communicates information about the road surface to the driver through their tires. The greater this value, the more responsive to changes the steering wheel will become. The lower this value, the more gentle steering becomes when driving in a straight line.
Thanks for the reply - I haven’t tried the French store but I will do just in case@MSkybaVR Yes, the UK store has been unable to ship to Jersey since Brexit. I've asked the team to clarify if there's another store that can cover Jersey and will let you know. Alternatively, have you tried ordering from the French store?
@CustomX This kind of detail probably goes beyond the scope of the settings page. "Info" just refers to all of the sensations that you feel through force feedback - some are "quiet" and some are "loud". When you reduce the torque of the wheel you reduce the overall volume of eveything, so quieter effects could become so quiet that they can't be as easily discerned, the same as when you turn down the volume on your speaker and parts of the music track become harder to hear. GT7's online manual definitely covers this though:

Thanks Rich. Understood. What settings are you personally using at the moment?@CustomX This kind of detail probably goes beyond the scope of the settings page.
