Ok I’ll at least try to help, so you have the Ps/pc base and wheel. What are you playing on? Ps5 or PC. If you have not done so, double check all of the connections, try again to be sure. Make sure they are right, make sure the power is plugged in. Try pressing the little black button to the right of the screen on the wheel base, that gets you into options menu when it’s operating normally. Remove the wheel using the quick release, check the contacts on the wheel and base, reconnect and try again. Try a different usb port, if it’s ps5 try plugging it in one of the back ports.

Yes. I have done all theese things :/

That looks like the wheel isn't connecting to the base properly, the 3 dots will continue to flash if so. Try removing the wheel and then reffing it.

The wheel needs to be seated with a good push so that the quick release collar snaps into place.

Have you updated the wheel base to the latest firmware via the GHUB app on a PC/Mac

Did you see my question about whether you’re using a USB extension?
I'm not 100% sure if I use a USB extension. What is that?

I don't think I use it. It's one USB cable without extension.

Okay, probably not then - the easy way to answer that is to say whether you're using the USB cable that came with the wheel to connect directly to the PS5, or if you're using something else.

It's also worth confirming if you've tried different USB ports on the PS5 and then, finally, if you connect to a PC and use the PC mode, does that connect correctly (the three dots animation should only last a couple of seconds and then you'll see 6 bars on the OLED screen).

So i downloaded the G HUB, and it cant detect my wheel :( Im using the original usb cabel that came with it....

Did you choose PC mode in the OLED?

Is it still doing the same continuous three dots animation like it does on the PS5?

If the answer is yes to both questions then please get in touch with support as it needs exchanging.

Thanks. Do u know how to get in contact with Logitech? I've tried that as well, both calling and chatting. Chat support don't work, and phone number doesn't work.

Do you mean I receipt?
No, when you start the chat with the chat bot on the support site, you need to be logged in with a Logi account that you probably created when you ordered the wheel from the site. The support bot then uses the email address associated with that account and will send emails that could include a ticket number that's used as a reference for your support query.

So, what is happening when you talk to the support bot? Screen grabs of your chat window are good as well!
