KEY
Very close - Win by less then 0.7 seconds
Close - Win by more then 0.7 seconds and less then 1.5 seconds

Very Easy - win by more than 5 seconds and less than 15
Walk in the park win by more than 15 seconds

INTERNATIONAL A - GROUP 3 SERIES
Car: 2013 Jeff Gordon Chevrolet SS
Mods: None. Just adjusted the transmission and aero as needed
Note: This car is too much for this series
Race 1: Walk in the park.
Race 2: Walk in the park (37+ seconds)
Race 3: Walk in the park.
Race 4: Walk in the park.
Race 5: Walk in the park.

INTERNATIONAL A - GRAN TURISMO NASCAR CUP
Car: 2013 Jeff Gordon Chevrolet SS
Mods: None. Just adjusted the transmission and aero as needed
Note: Although most of the races were close or easy it was actually fairly easy. I set the max speed to 20 or so kph over what the engine can do so when you are drafting you don't hit the rev limiter. This way I was on first place by the second lap and then it was just a matter of driving it home.
Race 1: Very close.
Race 2: Walk in the park.
Race 3: Easy
Race 4: Very Easy.
****** TROPHY THREE MIRACULOUS LAPS AWARDED *****
Race 5: Very Easy.

INTERNATIONAL A - LIKE THE WIND
Car: 2013 Jeff Gordon Chevrolet SS
Car 2: AMG VGT (with the racing tyres)
Mods: None.
Note: Neither car is a winner here but the AMG managed a second place in the first race (by 5.5 seconds)
Race 1: Very slim chance
Race 2: No chance
Race 3: Did not try

INTERNATIONAL A - GT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
Car: 2013 Jeff Gordon Chevrolet SS
Mods: None. Just adjusted the transmission and aero as needed
Note: This was a nice enjoyable series. Most of the opposition have better low end grunt and higher top end so it is all in the exit speed and braking.
Note 2: I only won one race but I did win the championship by 5 points because the Pescarolo and the C9 kept trading places in the standings. In the last race the Pescarolo won but the C9 finished 3rd thanks to some judicious blocking on my part. That gave me the championship as I was second 10 points behind the C9 after the 4th race.

Also some info that might help some trying to do no money spent runs: the GT World Championship will unlock the S-License Races with either only 4th place or 8 out of 15 stars achieved. [Last place and 5 stars did not unlock anything.] I had assumed previously that it was 3rd place or better, but the requirements are less strict than that.

Race 1: Challenging (3rd by 0.942
Race 2: Very close.
Race 3: Challenging. 2nd by 0.411
Race 4: Challenging. 2nd by 1.965
Race 5: Very Challenging. 2nd by 2.277. I had a 1 second advantage at the beginning of the long straight but the Pescarolo and the C9 just sailed past. I managed to pass the C9 under braking and cinched the championship. :-)

S LICENSE
Note: The most difficult of the licenses. Not impossible but I was having flashbacks of some of the licenses in GT4. Specially the Veryon one...
S1: 3 tries.
S2: 3 tries.
S3: 4 tries.
S4: 5 tries.
S5: 11 tries.

***** TESLA MOTORS ROADSTER '07 AWARDED *****
***** AUDI R8 LMS ULTRA '12 AWARDED *****

NATIONAL A - ELECTRIC CIRCUITS
Car: Tesla Motors Roadster '07
Mods: None. Tuned to 400pp as required
Race 1: Walk in the park.
Race 2: Easy
Race 3: Walk in the park.

INTERNATIONAL A - DREAM CAR CHAMPIONSHIP
Car: R8 LMS Ultra
Mods: None.
Race 4: Not fast enough.

S CLASS - WILLOW SPRINGS 20 MILE CHALLENGE
Car: AMG VGT (Stock tyres)
Mods: None.
Note: Wasn't paying attention and run out of fuel on lap 7. So had to redo.
Note2: Tried the GT By Citroen but it was too hard to control in the fast speed turns.
Race 1: Walk in the park. Pit at the end of lap 6 from first place. Then it was a pretty much a cruise.

**** TROPY BY THE SKIN OF YOUR THEETH ******

S CLASS - APRICOT HILL 20 MINUTE CHALLENGE
Car: R8 LMS Ultra
Mods: Max speed to 290, Full Downforce, Final Gear 4.125
Note: Tried the Nascar car but although it can make up time in the straights it has nowhere near the grip out of the corners as the competition and it is a tyre smoking gas drinking beast (pit every 3 laps)
Race 1: Very Challenging. It is hard to get over the initial 20+ second lag and the fact that you don't make up any time on the leader. But this is about tire wear and fuel consumption. So you just have to keep your laps consistent, pit on lap 7 and soldier on. Had a Viper hounding me the last two laps but his tyres were starting to go and it struggled out of the tight turns which gave me enough of a lead in the long straights for it to just catch up and struggle in the next corner.

Race: Close. Pit on lap 5 and keep your laps on the 2:01- 2:04 range.

I managed to do this race with the Redbull Junior. So 24 Minute of Le Mans might be the only Super class race you need to pay for. Maybe RedBull Senior will do it. :mischievous:

SILVERSTONE 10 LAP Car: Redbull Junior.Mods: Transmission set to 155mph [might be able to go lower]; Full Downforce; Power 70.2% and Ballast at 72kg [not sure why I did that].
Note: Was in a race with no McLaren cars; rabbits were GT-R R35 (21.41.xxx) and R8 LMS (21.43.xxx).
Race: Very Easy (My time 21.34.xxx; but it didn't feel that way with fading tires and only 8-6 second lead since you DO NOT want them drafting behind you). Need 2.07.xxx lap average.

24 MINUTE OF LEMANS

Brilliant sir! 👍👍👍

Way back in GT1 we had a similar challenge: win the game in the least number of days / most number of credits. Basically the same concept - in order to win you had to use each prize car to their fullest, using the least number of mods, etc, etc. Of course step 1 was getting all gold in the licenses to win various prize cars.

I love playing GT this way. Generally I look for closer races and thus will spend more in mods to make a current car competitive just to avoid clearly mismatched races. For example you need a Toyota GT86 / Subaru BRZ for a one make race so after I bought I then used it to win the Night Masters, it turned out to be a great challenge as I passed the NSX on the last lap. Next I found the BMW M4 your gifted from the seasonal works for both the Turbo race and the FR race early on in the game can win with no mods. I find the whole process of digging around in my garage more fun then just going out and buying yet another car. Maybe I'm just cheap :D In the end getting 100% with the LEAST number of cars is a total blast.

Thanks again for keeping this updated. I plan on doing the same on my second save game. So far I only used the Megan Trophy car that came as a preorder bonus and the Deltawing because I wanted to try that car. Other than that 0 CR spent but not quite as far in the game as you are. Have to say GT6 throws some good price cars one's way :) well done!

I was able to get the Gordon Stock Car by racing all the races and getting the third stars for just completing the races (even if it is in last place) as well as placing in the top three in a few places: I managed to get 2nd place in the third Like the Wind Race using the GT by Citroen Road Car (1st might be possible with enough effort and luck in the combination of opponents); and I was able to get extra stars in the Group GT3 Series with the Elise Race Car (golded first two races and bronzed one of the last ones). The Rainmasters third race was definitely doable with the stock AMG but it took much practice and many attempts (the rigidity issues didn't help much).

So now I've completed 75% of the game without spending any money yet. If the stock car can do well enough in the GT World Championship I suspect I should be able to continue on a little further.

Very glad to see that the Tesla Motors Roadster allows us to go back and complete that Electric Circuit. :)

Well done!

I was wondering if I jumped the gun and bought the race tyres for the AMG too early (69%) and it looks like I did.At 89% I only have one race left in S class but It looks like I will need to spend money to win it. It is the 24 minute of LeMans. You need to do laps in the 3:40 range (in the rain) but the best I can do with any of the cars is 3:52 with the AMG (with racing hards).

I am exhausted... played 10 hours in the last 24 hours.... but all events are done now... only the one make races left... and the coffee breaks.....

Did you mean Ascari instead of SPA for the Rocket '07? ;)

Also some info that might help some trying to do no money spent runs: the GT World Championship (Ib) will unlock the S-License Races with either only 4th place or 8 out of 15 stars achieved. [Last place and 5 stars did not unlock anything.] I had assumed previously that it was 3rd place or better, but the requirements are less strict than that.

Good catch! that is my copy and paste in action. I have fixed it.
