Ok I have this song stuck in my head from my workplace. I think it's circa 2004-2010. The song sound a tiny bit hipster-ish but rock like too:
It went like "I go up - and you go upside down" or something along those lines.
There was another verse after that which I can't remember but it was something about love
Which lead onto the hook that was mostly a whistle and a bass guitar (I think).
I know the song is/was really popular, but I can't remember it.

Definitely not that. It was not so "pop" like and there were no female vocals. It was more of a rock song. It was crazy popular I would hear it all over the place like 3/4 years ago

Ok here's a follow up: So I got a glimpse of the song again today at work and managed to hear another few seconds of it.
It has the same feel as "Jerk It Out", by the Caesars.
I heard a few more lyrics too: "We go together endlessly" or something like that.
Also there's no whistling in the song but background singers going "OOwowowo".
If no one can suggest a song I can upload a clip of me whistling the tune as I remember it.

Okay, so I just got GT6, and this one song, I really really really really like, but I've no clue what it is, and it's not any of the 2 Pre-race musics out. How I'm listening to it is, I finished a seasonal event, and I'm back at the menu where it allows me to start again or exit, with my friends' times listed, etc. It's got a really melodic guitar lead to it, and I haven't been able to find it on the soundtrack list either..
