Looking for a song?Music

the second is the music the bbc used when they used to show little montages in the middle of their rally coverage, when they had the rights. it was back in the 80s. i'll try and find a video clip with the music in it.
The BBC used to use an instrumental version/section from the chorus of the song 'Duel' by Propaganda on their Rally programmes...

I'd googled and YouTube'd it and found a song called 'Make It Rain' by Fat Joe ft. Lil Wayne

I am looking for the song that is playing in the new Gears of War TV commercial?
I've seen an ad for GOW with the song 'Mad World' by Gary Jules (from the 'Donnie Darko' film soundtrack) which is a cover of a Tears For Fears song

Hey guys, I'm looking for a warm up/sports chant song I've heard at quite a few sporting events, mostly steelers and penguins game but anyway, if there were words in it I would remember, but all I hear from it is alternating guitar riffs/solos and a crowd chanting the same beat. Hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about or has heard it before. Thanks!

Recently I heard a Happy hardcore remix of Ozzy Osbornes "Crazy Train".

I'm looking for the DJ who did it, or at least an idea of who might have done it. I'm also looking for music in a similar style.

Happy Hardcore remix's of 80's music.

does it have to be happy hardcore?

I know a few 80s songs that have been made into trance and techno.

I'd certainlybe interested in similar genre's, were you to suggest them.

Thank you.

DJ Sammy does a cover of Don Henley's The Boys of Summer. I know there's a techno version of A-ha's Take On Me, although I don't know the artist.

Your best bet I think would be The Covers Project. They have a pretty extensive archive of covers, listed by artist. As long as you know the original artist, or the artist who covered the song, they probably have it listed.

Note: No downloadable mp3s, just a list.

I did a bit of searching around and also found DJ Sammy also covered Bryan Adam's Heaven. Apollo440 does a nice cover of Blue Oyster Cult's Don't Fear the Reaper.

I'm much better on punk/metal covers of 80s songs.

I actually found out there's a Hip-Hop tribute to Metallica here, bottom of page. But it doesn't show a cover of The God That Failed.

does anyone know this song? it goes kinda like this: "hold meeeeeeeee and hold me, hold meeeeeeee" and its got a weird/awesome sounding beat which goes on and off etc...Its a bit old too.

Apollo 440 - "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Bub" is an awesome techno cover of Van Halen's "Ain't Talking About Love."

Yea, but it's actually a cover of the guitar riff and the chorus... I've barely considered it a cover of the actual song.

sorry guys, i got another song that i'm looking for!

does anybody know the Intro song of Battlefield Vietnam?
Creedence Clearwater Revival, "Fortunate Son" - a song with a very strong anti-war message, written in 1969 and very popular among the soldiers in Vietnam.

As an old Creedence fan I should know! :D

could someone please tell me what the song is from the intro to the F1 2002 Season Review video? It was also used in an advert for the sweet Millions.

This is slightly off topic but fits here best, I've been looking for the song in the Miami Vice advert, I found the rap cover, but the original is by Lincin' Park & MUCH better, hope that helps if anyone wandered what that song was.
