Perhaps, if you guys are interested in truly clean racing, it wouldn't hurt to look at the rules that USED to be the norm for online clean racing before we collectively lost our minds and fell for this Sport Mode boondoggle. They are significantly different from Sport Mode, primarily in being self-penalized. Commit an infraction, you were expected to serve the penalty yourself. But the primary penalty was in returning position to the offended party. No slow-down BS...

But it's amazing how, by removing any advantage to dirty tactics, most that participated quickly changed their driving habits, and changed to learning tactics for passing that didn't involve contact..!
