5pm MST, so that's pretty late where you are. This one may be canceled due to minimal interest, but also because I have stuff to work on for my job and may not finish in time. I will probably postpone it until the 7th of February, and move it to Saturday a little earlier.

Edit: Moved to the 7th, an hour earlier. I can't do any earlier than that since I have a GT6 online race a couple hours before. If we continue on through March or later, then I will make the time better suited for Europe.

I really like that bright red Merryweather Mesa. How many versions are there? I know there's the default one with rollbars, default with out roof, the one in the third image, and box-shaped body without roll cage.

As far as I know, the four versions you mentioned are all there is. Although, they do have two colors of stock wheels. If you grab the all black one from Merryweather, the stock wheels will stay black, any other body color has grey wheels.

To get the special variants of the Mesa, do they spawn randomly, do you have to be a 1337 haxor, or do you have to be friends with a 1337 haxor?

I think the cageless one was hacked out, not available any other way. The variants on the caged version I think can be obtained online by having someone call Merryweather security on you.

The Vapid Guardian, which was added in the Heist Update, climbs Chilliad like it's flat ground... and I don't mean the trails. Best performing off-roader in the game now. Makes the Sandking seem weak.

We should do a PC meetup. If anyone wants to add me, my tag is LC_Menair I enjoy a bit of off-roading. My go to (even though it's not very good) is this, because...just look at it.

The Barracks is surprisingly awesome off road. I easily crossed obstacles that gave even the Mesa quite a bit of trouble.

Dat articulation & 6 wheel drive

It cant climb steep hills as well as the Sandking nor Mesa, but damn it can crawl over enormous objects no problem. The front bumper doesn't seem to clip, so it actually has a pretty monstrous approach angle.

As soon as I have my PC running again (probably in about 1 - 2 weeks), I'll be reinstalling GTA V, and probably try out the "offroad experience" with my G27.
