Doing a teardown and looking to lube my oldie but goldie T500rs all over. I have a 70g tube of silicone grease coming tomorrow (expensive stuff) which I was going to use on the plastics around the steering column shaft inside the wheel and the pedal joints where I believe there are also rubber parts.
I was wondering if I could use moly grease or LM2 on the other casing plastics which are a bit creaky where they screw together. I have two large tubs of moly and LM2. Are they safe to use on the case plastics where there are no rubber o-rings etc.
Any suggestions of where are the most important locations to lube and with which grease? Cheers.
