your title and post= not helpful

But let's go into more detail from that article.

Rising intolerance and anti-Semitism have reached the point when “it feels like Nazi Germany,” pop icon Madonna said, adding that France, in particular, no longer encourages diversity and freedom.

"We're living in crazy times. It feels like Nazi Germany," Madonna said in an interview to Europe 1 radio, adding that the situation in Europe is “scary.”

The pop icon added that France was once a country “that accepted people of color, and was a place artists escaped to, whether it was Josephine Baker or Charlie Parker."

This is not the first time “Europe’s intolerance” has been denounced by the pop diva. In 2012 she criticized the rise of xenophobia and extreme-right parties.

"What I said two years ago is valid today," she said. "It's not just happening in France, it's all over Europe. But particularly in France. The level of intolerance is so enormous, it's scary."

Earlier Madonna described Marine Le Pen, the leader of France’s rightwing National Front, as “fascist.”

...so it's not for no reason, and agree with her or not, I'd hazard she spends a great deal more time in Europe than you do and is therefore in a better position to judge.

It's a good point. @A2K78 , why do you disagree that France is becoming more anti-Semitic? When were you last there?

first off nobody is saying france isn't becoming anti-semitic because anti-semitic fervor does exist in the country as with the rest of europe(given the long history of ant-semetism in europe). my problem is how a cultural marxist icon like madonna is sounding off on one of the most cultural marxist countries in the europe(sweden been the numero uno).

a cultural marxist icon like madonna

So basically you've decided that the Material Girl herself is a communist/marxist, and because of that she's 'sad' and 'clueless about Europe' despite having owned quite a lot of homes across Europe, lived here a long time and having made comments in an article that's already a few months old and despite agreeing with what she actually said.

Ah yes. "cultural marxism", A.K.A "things I don't like".

What she says is basically true though.

Isn't Madonna the singer who is into Kabbalah? Also, it's not really newsworthy to say that France is anti-Semitic anymore. If the current trend continues it wouldn't shock me if all Jews left the country within the next 25-30 years.

Madonna says a lot of things, it only gets sad if you take her mindless drivel seriously.
