I thought I posted this before but it looks like @
watermelonpunch didn't see it. Anyways, you can remove my name from the Saturday league. I've been real busy and likely won't make it. I might hop in sometimes though.
Oh I did, I didn't realize you were on the
next Sat. list too.
I've updated that too now.
But yes, sometimes posts slip past me.
To be clear, I wasn't complaining about the Volvo being unfair at GT Arena. Just noting that it was terrible luck to get stuck with that pig at such a tight track. Bad luck is part of racing after all. Perhaps unfair was the wrong term to use. Something like cruel and unusual punishment for doing well the previous race would have been more accurate.
đź‘Ť You've got the idea.

I think part of the fun of the whole shuffle concept is actually complaining about the cars one gets.
Mind you, I should mention that it IS in the rules against complaining about the cars to
blame for
poor performance or someone else winning.
But not against the rules to just complain about the cars, discussing their attributes or horrid flaws.
From the prohibited list:
- bad attitude Debbie Downer complaining or hysteria
- blaming other racers or the cars for mistakes or poor performance
- whining that other drivers won or did well because they got a better car
For context, that list is copy/pasted from my Clean Lo PP Shuffle thread. And that became one of the rules because when you have people driving cars they're assigned to, rather than choosing themselves... sometimes people get a bit hysterical.
And in the lobby that could be disruptive (or rude), obviously.
And I mean not like "boy that Volvo has a huge back end that's really tough & a big downer to get it on tight tracks"...
I mean like people blaming the Lupo's understeer for not making podium, or complaining that whoever won this or that race because they got a 4wd, or they're all over the road & causing contacts dive bombing or whatnot, and then when someone says "reign it in with the bump passing!" they start going on about how they keep getting rotten cars.
All the cars are rotten.
Well, not all of them.
But these are NOT race cars, after all.
Though maybe at some point, I'll come up with a list of the lower power race cars. đź’ˇ
You know like the Spoon Fit or the s800 race car or who knows. I don't know if any of them are compatible though.
