The Super Duper Ultra Mega-Special Fantastic Incredibly Amazing Mallet Trophy Super Cup Race

In honor of Mallet @S_Bridge, who is unable to race GT6 at the moment, we have come up with a special race to ease his suffering. If only a little bit.

The race settings in full can be found HERE.

In a nutshell the race will be a Practice/Qualifier/Race event to be held at the Silverstone Grand Prix Circuit
for 26 laps (as in half a deck of cards).

It will be the usual Z8CC Club settings (500pp, Sports Hard & Heavy Damage), with the additional
setting of Fast tyre/fuel consumption.

Pre-race will see 8 minutes of solo qualifying.

If we are lucky the race will be put up on Youtube to be remembered forever (albeit probably in a shortened version).

Let's all give Mallet something to be proud of, eh?

The race should be finished in time for the Mini races of the evening.

As per Mallet's wishes the race will have a Theme. The Theme is British Punk Rock. 👍
So feel free to modify your cars and drivers to what you feel would look best for the occasion.

Jocke, can I confirm that the rule is we must use both sport soft and sport hard at some time in the race, but all other tyres, including sport medium, are banned. Simple as that, no other restrictions on tyre choice?

I checked the Community and there has been some additional sign-ups and the grid is growing.
Unfortunately PD has programmed the Community so that you can't actually see who they are.

I still haven't been on a PS3 since the update so I've yet to see the community features.

She is multi-billionairess Francesca de la Rosa from Interlagos, Brazil, and she has just become a major shareholder in Mallet Inc. (buying 95% of the company).

Rumors are that she might be present at Silverstone on race day.

I don't blame you Mallet, Miss de la Rosa likes to keep a very low profile. It even took her husband three months to realize she had filed for divorce!
