Manually picking the grid - good idea

I think this would be a great little tool for control freaks (perhaps in arcade mode?) - who hasnt ever wished they could specify each car (and its color) in the starting grid?

I personally would love to have the M3, R8, GTR, F430, Z06, and the RUF's version of the 997 Turbo (i pray to god it makes it) battling it out on the Nurburgring
