March King of the track (Community vs Juan P. Montoya)

I think I got a low 1:31 time which was good for 858 place. I doubt I am in the top 1k anymore. Ran it without TC too. Tough car to keep straight but a fun challenge. The other challenge for the NSX-R GT was so easy.

Johniwanna has improved his time since yesterday on Ready Set Gecko....the time to beat at the moment is 2:11.598. He says he's gonna continue to try to improve on that time until the deadline...just a heads up for those that think their time is safe.

There was a message from Turn 10 on the official F4 forum that the delivery of the KOTT cars from February's competition with Rampage have been delayed. They promised to post an update when there's more info.

i just tried it and on my first lap got a 1:38:xxx. How in the world did he get a 2:11 haha

I think the VIP bentley they sent out last night, was them testing the gifting system. Something must've been wrong, preventing the KOTT cars from being sent out.
 
I struggled to get a clean 1:38 with tcs on using a wheel. A stock zr1 is quite tricky to handle, that's for sure!!
 
Man his time was tough to beat cleanly. I know he had a dirty time but I tried to beat his with a clean lap. That was brutal. But I just found out that my gear is faulty so this has been quietly hampering me without my knowledge. I knew something was up and now I know. I managed a 0:01:32.343
 
Can anyone confirm if a slower CLEAN lap beats his dirty lap??..Dont want to spend any more time on it if I dont have too..

Unless they change the rules a clean lap always beats a dirty lap, regardless of the time.

I got a 1:31:4xx with a pad. If i really pushed it i think i can get at least a second out of it, or atleast half a second. If you control the throttle it really feels like it may be going slower then you should be but it really helps out.
 
Man, there's a challenge that makes you give some effort. But, I finally edged out a 1:32.151. Nothing special & I know if I spent another 10 laps I could probably bring it down to 1:31.5xx, but I'm pretty pleased after only spending 10 laps at it.

The ZR1 is a great car for this challenge as well. Good car to learn throttle control. But, I'm glad I'll finally be getting a LP640. :bowdown:

Plus, I just edged out T12 by .280. :D

Man I'm screwed no matter which way. My wheel is on the fritz so I'm not getting the precision or speed I want/need. Then my controller has a drifting left stick and it's the best controller I got, however....

My best time was a 1:31:5xx i think. I should be good, unless he updates again.
