No, I think they're poles with speakers.

Alright, you can now post an answer every 5 minutes.

Some hints:
- Image 1: only 1 person till now has this correct.
- Nürburgring, Laguna Seca, Trial Mountain, Circuit de la Sarthe (Le Mans) are not in any of the images. Also no DLC tracks.
- There are 2 images that are taken on the same track.
- Only 2 tracks that were mentioned so far are in the images, but not always on the right place.

but I assume you'll need more help, lol.

Alright, you can now post an answer every 5 minutes.

Spa is DLC.
 
The only 2 tracks correct (but therefor not on the correct place) are Monza and Indy. All other mentioned tracks so far are not in any of the images
