This could be the first Peninfarina design that doesn't look like total ass in nearly a decade.

And how is that a car styled within the last decade?

Can I ask that everyone here keep this thread on topic.
I am not even remotely impressed with the behaviour of a number of members who simply should know better.
Taking the thread off topic is one thing, but to do so deliberately to try and wind up a member is totally unacceptable and M5Power you know this is the case.
I don't want to lock this thread, so please keep things on track from now on.
Thanks
Scaff
I strongly dissagree there, I think that looks great on this car, and it is also a major styling cue from some classic Maseratis. The front would look much better if it was flat and didn't have that grille protruding.

The only thing I see S2000-related is the headlights.
I like it though. I wouldn't be surprised if it went convertible either, so it looks like Alfa Romeo kept to their word they would do something new with Maserati.
Thanks Scaff for sorting this out.
Does anyone else look at the front end and think S2000?
I didn't notice it earlier, but I like the intergration of the Maserati crown into the wheel design. Nice touch.
What does that have to do with this thread Poverty?

I personally see more resemblance between the RX-8 and the S2000 than anything else.
Think its time for people to stop over analysing.
- I'll ask one of the mods to close the whole 'Automotive' thread and sub-threads then 👍
