Master Car list of unpaintable cars w/ different colors

I will be gone for the weekend. So from now till monday there will be no updates of the main post. A big thanks for everyone helping to make the list more complete.

Ah, you beat me to it.
I'm guessing there are more colors to come (for the used lot) because before the last update the Element (and many other cars) only came in black (or one single color).
 
SKYLINE HT 2000 Turbo RS
It usually comes in grey/black with grey writing on the side but today I picked one up from the UCD with red/black paint and gold writing on the side.
Also it's paintable but the semi black part of the car will dissapear.
 
I have the dark purplish Beetle Cup Car too. Number is 15 I think (will check this later)

Mazda RX7 # 37 is Grey (Dark Grey or just Grey :D)
 
Hi guys, been searching for a list like this so thanks to all involved.

A couple of thoughts with some cars - the AC 427 comes in colours and stripes similar to the Chevelle so should that be included too? Also one of the Toyota MR2's is "twin tone" as the game calls it, a colour for the top half but the bottom half of the doors, bumpers etc are another colour, usually silver.

I know you could probably go on all day with these but I'm doing something similar on another forum trying to collect paints and some of those are specific to one manufacturer - you've already got "Viper Black" for example but I've also got a "Saleen S7 Silver"...

And have any of you guys come across 2 different "Matte Orange" chips?

edit - I also came across a 4th colour for the Xsara VTR - can't remember now but will post later...
 
Great job!! I bet it took you alot of work!

So basically the ones that you mention are totally not paintable? It means that if I get the old GTS Viper, I cannot paint it at all? Or only the stripes will not be painted?

The AC 427 could be on the list when if you paint the car the stripes remain visible. Seems like the MR2 belong in the line of the Veyron and the SKYLINE HT 2000 Turbo RS.

Indeed the Viper GTS cannot be painted at all. The Shelby can be painted but the stripes will remain visible and the stripes will keep there original color.
 
1. I've spotted white Cuda yesterday, but I don't remember full color name.
2. KriLi you should add to list cars that are "half-paintable" with description which part of car is paintable, or if you loose 2-tone color after painting.
3. Would be awesome if we could seen all these paint variations. You could link every combination listed here to photos provided by users, or I could make small website with whole list, descriptions and photos, but it's your thread and I don't want to spoil fun for you :)

As I said I can help with small website and/or provide photos of my unpaintable cars, and buy those cars if they will not be too expensive.

Wow. That's awesome, but it would be hard to collect all variations by one player. Same location and "pose" is a good idea :)

2. Ok so I will be adding cars with 2 colors were 1 of the colors is not paintable like on the Veyron.

3. It's a good idea. I think a link to photo's is easier for me, because I don't know how to make a good website and with photos everyone can upload links.
 
I have a Xsara VTR is "Grilyne" or something like that - should have written it down as I couldn't even pronounce it when it was on screen - it's a dark grey colour.

I've also aquired a Chevelle is something like "Moss Green Metallic" but will get those two colours more accurately this evening when I'm home.

Question about Renault 5 Turbo '80 - this car has "Turbo" written down the side of it, if the car gets painted does this disappear? (I have 2 colours so far)

I also have that "Orange" Impreza - #87, but if I was to call that colour anything it would be "Metallic Terracotta"

Will wait for the correct colors of the Xsara and Chevelle.
Maybe someone can confirm for the Renault 5 turbo, I'm not at home until friday.

Do you mean the Subaru Super Touring Car? Because #87 is red, isn't it?

Yes - that Subaru, but no way is it red, unless I have a serious eye problem anyway... :)

I've decided that since I've almost got all cars I might as well try and collect all the official various colours as well - wish me luck...
