Silly question maybe, but how (or when) do you get matte paints? And can you use them only once too?

I still think it's stupid that you can't just create your own color, finish and effects in the paint.

Thanks, the ride is great too handles the 'ring confidently. The color is Matte Light Silver and chrome off sets it perfectly I liked the wheel stance as well.

I think it is the turqoise from the Camero Z28. It can be purchased from the dealership but I could be wrong.

If it's not the colour from the Camaro, I've got a feeling it's the one off the Honda Beat

subliminalglory: Did painting the Challenger remove the white stripe at the back of the car? It looks like it, but it's hard to tell. I love my Plum Crazy Challenger, but the white stripe with the black roof and hood accent just looks off, especially with a black spoiler. If painting it get's rid of that stripe I'll have to look into it.


Also, I know you guys love showing off your cars but can you at least limit it to 2 or 3 images. It's tiresome scrolling through a dozen shots where most are artistic pictures that don't do anything to show off the matte paint. Or make the best 2 larger and thumbnail the others.

Mine has a black stripe, and it's still there. I think it just depends what color you paint it whether the stripe is white or black. If it matters at all the original color was Sublime green

Ah ok, thanks for that. Looks like it might keep whichever color stripe it had from the dealership. I'll have to try and paint mine white or silver and see if it changes the stripe to black.

thats funny cuz i had'em repainted (the first three pictures) with ORO from the cheapest alfa romeo (sry dont remember the model) and the last pic (3D one) is sand beige from a prize car, dont remember if its a '69 suzuki or subaru.
and that pic that you quoted is photoshoped so the color must be a little off but i have raw pics with that color on the rims ill post them when i get home
im at work right now so cant check my profile, i will post again with the details
