You can...It's a shame we can't do this to some good cars!
The answer is always MIATA!!!

i bought them all to find the best & then, i sold them & keep only the good ones! the funny think is, there are different stripes on every single one of them. the eunos, miata & mx5 '89(same model & pp) for example have completely different stripes! This thread encouraged me to buy three Mazda Miatas in a row in GT6.
117bhp and 146mph! I do hope PD tweak the aero model soon. The Eunos doesn't have any stripes. Only Miatas and MX-5's have stripes
And just a correction, I currently have four Miatas, two 1989 models, and two 1997 models (Two stripe, lip stripe, checkerboard and single stripe version miata)
But, for some weird reason, the 117BHP 1989 Miata is actually FASTER than my 132BHP 1997 Miata
(227 Kp/h for 1997, 235 Kp/h for 1989, no modifications, 100% stock, 0 K/M mileage, tested on SSRX)
actually eunos have...not all of them but they have! & not the premium ones! i've bought all of them btw :-)The Eunos doesn't have any stripes. Only Miatas and MX-5's have stripes

what car did you get that paint color from? and that mx5 is sickCouldn't resist, had to make one of these before I crashed for the night. Did the track shot first, then changed the wheels and did the photo travel shot.
The dark blue from a Scion FRS.what car did you get that paint color from? and that mx5 is sick
ok thank you bro:tup:The dark blue from a Scion FRS.
I had no idea thanks for posting this photo those stripes on these MX-5 actually look pretty cool with the red and teal colors
It's the one of Miata's colors. Got it by bying the car.Anybody know what/where those shades of red are/come from?
How to do that glitch?A thankyou to @Team THRT Drift. I think I speak for quite a few folk when I say that I wasn't aware of this "well known glitch."
I bought myself a 240sx (s14) '96 with the plan to make it black and orange... It's not possible. I tried three times and bought a new car each attempt but it just doesn't work that way. So i settled on the forced pearl white and GT Chrome 05. As stated the mirrors and back lower stripe will always be the correct colour.

I took quite a few photos so i could demonstrate that what colour you see on the rest of the body is dependent on lighting conditions. In the following photo the car is nearly fully illuminated by a light so the blue is only visible on the shadowed part of the rear bumper.

This one shows what it looks like in normal conditions .

And here's what happens when a shadow goes through the middle of the car

Fingers crossed for more of these things to show up in the future. Also interested to see how people will use shadows on their Silvias'.

Ah, so it's another one. I've bought plenty of them. Check out the other Miatas. Are you sure about that? I only ask that because, according to the posts on the first page, the Miata that comes with the dual off set stripes like yours is the MX-5 Miata J-Limited II (NA,J) '93 and that car is only available in Sunburst Yellow.
Gonna update the title now, since the Miata seems to be the only car with this feature.Seeing is this appears to be solely on MX-5/Euno Roadsters, shouldn't this thread technically be "Hidden Stripes on Standard Mazdas"?
