My girlfriend works downtown Montreal, and this is what she saw just a few steps away from the office today, in a very crowded area... the two guys were just walking in the street with this monster like you walk your dog Rex... those guys are nuts!!! (still, i'd pay a lot to walk a tiger on the street , that was one of my fantasies as a kid...)

In many municipalities you can't even walk with a PitBull or a Doberman, so my guess is no... i'd like to see the officer giving him a ticket though...
