Done nothing of the sort. I've only read the constant dribble & day dreams you keep posting in this thread.Holy 🤬, McLaren. Do you read anything? Or, are you really just inclined to misread, misinterpret, and make inaccurate conclusions?
You didn't say that at all.I didn't say that I'm going to do the hood scoop, anymore. Instead, I said 🤬 it, and stop coming here to complain about me. Go get a wfie, or something. Maybe she'll hear your complaints.
Your last post regarding the hood scoop was this:
Nowhere have you said you weren't going to do it anymore, in fact you seemed even more intent on it because a CF would be lighter as well. The only thing related beyond this was talking about getting a really good air filter. You remember that I plan on autocrossing it, correct? And that a carbon fiber hood will be lighter, right? As the current intake is set up, it's routed THROUGH the fender, on the passenger side. Why the hell?!
That's fine & dandy, but you are consistently talking like this is going to become an autocross beast at all costs. There's no doubt this is a much better platform than the hilarious idea of you previously wanting a SC300, but you seem to forget it's still a stock Impreza Wagon & you want to build it to a level that, judging from the beginning of the thread, seem to have little experience with. Now, relate back to cars; I'm bringing a car at the top of its potential, because I want to have a car, that's ready for what I'm trying to throw at it.
As for help, I see no need. You've asked for advice, been given it, & then responded with what you want to do anyway b/c you work in a factory building something that Google generally sees as speaker stands; everything else ranges from food to men. What that translates to as far as building an autocross car is beyond me.
That's rich coming from a kid who just opened his last post with a snide remark to me. Practice what you preach. 👍I'd prefer if you took your cynical, snide remarks elsewhere, and tried to help, instead.
