I might be able to help but I'm notoriously bad at remembering scheduled gaming, I live on the other side of the pond to you and I seem to recall there being limitations on what you can and cannot transfer, I think I tried to give someone a load of my staff since I don't play any more but it didn't work. If you can join my games with acceptable lag I could potentially host co-op games with S-rank R&D, intel and medical staff, if only I could remember which ops they were found in...
Edit: Oh, yeah. The post before yours, I tried to help him out with trades and it didn't work out. I am seriously failing at reading posts lately.

I know I can only trade S rank soldiers for S rank R&D, Med and Mess staff.
Don't think I can play co-op games with you I haven't unlocked yet. But, if I can, I'll play them with you! I need high ranking, B or higher, R&D, Mess and Med staff badly!
I have level 99 Combat Soldiers, though. 9 S rank soldiers and a bunch of A ranks. I ran a lot of Ex Op missions to increase heroism. Then, started recruiting like mad when my heroism level was high enough. That's why my combat is leveled out and everything else is so low. I'm not very far in the game, but have high ranking combat soldiers.
Send me a friend request, so we can play co-ops on weekends. Can't play until then, really. As far as what co-op games to play, I have a list.
[Extra Ops] 46 - Perfect Stealth (1 S-Rank Mess Hall, 1 A-Rank RnD, 1 A-Rank Mess Hall soldier, numerous B-Ranking soldiers of various units)
[Extra Ops] 47 - Perfect Stealth (1 A-Rank Intel, numerous B-Ranking Intel soldiers)
[Extra Ops] 48 - Perfect Stealth (1 A-Rank RnD, 1 A-Rank Combat Unit soldier, some B-Ranking soldiers of various units)
[Extra Ops] 49 - Perfect Stealth (2 A-Rank RnD, 1 B-Rank Medical soldier)
[Extra Ops] 50 - Perfect Stealth (1 S-Rank Medical, 1 A-Rank RnD, various B-Rank soldiers)
[Extra Ops] 55 - U.S. Soldier Retrieval (1 A-Rank RnD soldier)
I also need a lot more vehicles and ZEKE parts. Only started collecting those. But, having a hard time with vehicles on account I don't have enough Fulton recoveries to finish the missions with a usable vehicle.

Solid, I've been playing through peace walker hd (ps3) for the first time, and need to co-op and get high level personnel. Are you still working on the game?

Not in the last week. But, I can. I don't have a mic, but we can chat with messages for what you need. Let me know what your highest rank soldiers you have and are willing to trade. I can then get some for you and trade. When trading, I can only give you a soldier ranked the same of what I'm taking from you. So, if you have only B ranked combat soldiers, I can only give you B ranked R&D soldiers, and so forth.
What I can do is send an invite to do missions that can earn you high ranked soldiers. Also, equipment and weapons you might want or need. Let me know now what you want or need, so I can get it for you.
