For this Best Lap I try the good Honda HSC "The 37th Tokyo Motor Show Concept Car" '03. This car wont put you in top 10 or 100 but you will get gold easily.

Pescarolo C60 Hybride - Judd '05​

Expert Level Race Car Challenge Tokyo R246, 5 Laps Racing cars, 700PP max, Racing/Hard compounds or less :

for this event, I use the C60 Hybride – Judd I tested 2 LSD set my favorite is on the tune and the other one is 42 15 21 this one might be easier to drive but as my driving habits I felt it not good in some curve where it seems not giving enough grip. As for the breaks I use 8/7 but 7/7 might work to.
