Oh yeah forgot to mention TCS is optional, u can use it if you want, but I wont.

We are going with Racing mode this time though, right? Or is it just a mandatory pit stop regardless of mode?

I'll run tonight and let you know what car I'm gonna take. Probably the Team Oreca Viper, but that Gillet Vertigo sure looks sweet .

Well with Racing Mode you will have to pit, those tires won last more than 6 laps. Drift i guess is fine, but i tried it last night with the viper and its a pain to much hp and torque this round.

You dont really have to pit with drift, i guess.

I want to run what you all are running. I'm way slow either way. I'm just having a good time trying to get good lap times and compare with you all. Thanks again for counting me in 0

I think the mandatory pit is a good idea, but your right, it doesn't really matter. You have to take it sooo easy in drift mode that you don't gain anything.

I'll be running racing mode from now on.

Hey Zero,
I'm gonna take the Team Oreca Viper. I was quite a bit faster than that last night running free run mode (qualify). I even had the TCS turned off and ripped off some good laps with that car. Panoz was pretty good. Corvette was a pig compared to the other two cars, and the Vertigo needed about another 100hp to be competitive

Are you sure about your time? I am taking the one in the "S" garage - racing mode - manual.

I will be SHOCKED if I am actually faster than the regulars on here. :weird:

That is more like a time I expected from you "faster " guys.
I have gotten close but not that fast yet. I'm gonna run a boatload of laps tonight though with just the Viper. Man, I wish that Vertigo had more ponies because it handles so well. I have a feeling it is gonna be between you top 4 or 5 guys again. KC and I have about identical times.

I'm pretty sure a 1'04.8 is possible becuz on my run i had minor mistakes that would prolly equal 2 tenths.

After much deliberation between basically all of the cars, I too will be driving the Viper GTS-R. It's got a little bit more than the others.

Zero, your run is lightning quick. I'm not sure how I'm going to get that.....I thought we weren't supposed to indicate what kind of times we were getting.

That win certainly gave you a confidence boost

Well don't expect a great run from me on this one i've not had as much time to put into this, and i've only tried the race a couple of times with not much success so far

That darn R390!

Zero have you tried the race yet ? if so how many pits are you doing 1 or 2 ?

Hey Guys! I want in on this race for sure! Is it too late? I remember a long time ago I could do 1:06's in the C5R. But it sounds like you guys favor the Team Oreca Viper, so I'd like to spin her around the track a few times. If I have missed qualifying that's ok with me, I'll assume last position, so the race is Arcade/Professional/Midfield? And I PR my times to Talentless?

Man its been a while AcuraRacer, if you can get a qual time into Talentless by Midnight EST 2day then your in.

Well if he submits a qual time then he's in, if his time is faster than mine, i'll not allow him in the series

A 1'05.2xx!?! That is smokin', I was all proud with what I did. You are nearly a full second faster than my best (after about 65-70 laps).

Guess I'll be GT'in tonight again.

Actually my time is faster than the 1'05.2, 1'05.2 is rounded up

Dual Shock 2 controller with the Auto tranny, I have a wheel but I'm not use to it yet

About the R390 i had 2 attempts at the actual race today , it's not against the rules is it? it was just a tester to see what AI the comp puts up against me , wish i hadn't have bothered now though more runs at qualifying should sort that out hopefully

Again I say what R390? That is not a car yet

You can run the race the entire week if you feel like it. I did 1 race run and I had the 787b, R390, and Toyota GT1 whipped them all

I was about to say, if you couldnt beat a 1.05.2xx (rounded up) with the R390 then u'd suck . Good luck on your races, hope u dont face a 787b
