Welp. I'm super into minecraft again. Opened a server and started playing with girlfriend, and i realized my girlfriend is way more creative then me... >.>

If anyone is interested, i made a server [PC], with couple of good plugins, would be cool, to make a colony of fella GTPlanter's.. Wait that sounds ghetto. But anyway!

In playing PS3 Minecraft again and in downloading updates, I tried out the new style Tutorial World. Maybe the coolest thing I tried out was the new Elytra(?). Elytra allows you to fly. It's tricky, but it's pretty cool once you get the hang of it. I haven't seen or known of too many other things in console Minecraft. Maybe I'll give console Minecraft another go and maybe look at things like underwater temples.

Can any of you guys recommend me a mod that will run on my pc, and make Minecraft look a bit prettier?

It's an i5 6400, 8gb ram, Radeon 6850 graphics card.

I'm running Linux.

It's been a while since I posted. I've been on the iDeactivateMC server quite a lot. It's friendly and you can get cool stuff for voting.

Any tips on working with TNT?

Trying to clear out a rather large area underground using a massive amount of TNT, but the unexploded end up flying off in different directions causing unintended damage to the surrounding area.

You have to be strategic with TNT. Make small clusters of about 4-5 TNT blocks, then spread out the next cluster at least 12 blocks away. If you are in possession of redstone, make some lines between each cluster and activate it with a redstone torch, lever, or button. Remember that a current will not travel for more than 15 blocks unless you put a redstone repeater on it.

Well.. time to get fancy with the destruction I guess.

Thanks for the quick response!

Feeling sad on PlayStation.....

Honestly.. Sony has been confused about its customer/fan base since they launched the PS3. The console was a mess at launch, and never really improved it just became a way of life using the console we were stuck with. Follow that up with how they handled the PSP.. Playstation Home had so much potential, but they never listened to the users and it failed. Now they give us the lovely PS4, wrapped up in a antisocial bubble, no interest in progressing or listening to it's customers. Look at all the wonderful things that are possible on the Switch and Xbox One, let alone gaming on smart phones... /Rant

Am I the only one that plays the Pocket Edition?

To be honest I think it'll happen eventually. I also think the 360 and the PS3 will eventually get it too. Or maybe for now PS3 and 4 being connected. World sizes being a problem? The Last Of Us. It won't be a problem.
