Same as I win in Nordschleife where I leave the road a couple of times and then deduct accordingly from the final time.
That would be something idiotic to do, and clearly not the same.
Is the game unfair? Yes it is, given that from the very beginning you have to click on a random square, with no guarantee you are actually clicking on a safe spot. And it would be reasonable to be mad at that moment. But being mad because you can't make the final click, after clicking in a lot of different places, and being right
every time... well then, if you don't realize why it's completely acceptable to claim you have already won, even if the game doesn't say so, then it's your problem.
Personally, I don't mess with games in which luck plays a part.
EDIT: Also, the above only reflects my opinion. To me, when there's no way to know what am I supposed to click, then I have already won (that is, done everything in my power, completed what is possible to complete).
