Sorry mate but i cant replicate the ratios setting for the GT-R in Kyoto.... do u start like in gt6 reset gears .... fix the final gear at max then topspeed and in the end the gears ratios ???

Ican only explain how i make it, i have often to reset 2-3 times to mach my settings

the feeling of weight is nice in the gr. 3 cars.After i played a bit with the heights and it felt very fast very good... then i wanted to manage the rear while accelerating but the cars are so aggressive and i have played alot with toe and Diff but at the end i have to drive with TC on 2.. dunno if thats a bug or they wanted to do it like that...

1st thx for sharing setups with us. Your input makes everybody a bit faster and helps getting a feeling how to play around the multiple ways of adjustments to the behaviour of cars.
What i also read with a smile is that i am not the only idiot on earth who is unable to drive a GR3 car without TC. Lots of aliens out there manage to handle the 911RSR so perfectly (see replays of TRL_EVOLUTION at Lago Maggiore - simply a pleasure to watch 10 times in a row), where i feel like being still in driving school with my 1.56.low. ;-)

I drive Simracing since the end of 2004, I started with GT FIA Racing game, better known as GTR / GTR2.

i know where i loose time but.. practice practice practice...

i have been trying them since you starting posting them but i cant get nowhere near your times (my driving is ****, im still a novice)
long story short i gave tuning the peugeot gr3 a try and i could get to 2:01 on nurb gp daily race qualifier
i then saw your tune and tried it straight away, but i could not get on with it? could get 2:03 - 2:02 and it felt like i was struggling with the car
so i was wondering if you could give my tune a try and tell me what you think? if i can get it to 2:01 im sure you can get it faster with your driving (i know nothing about cars BTW, cept it has an engine and 4 wheels)

I'm also hopefull that the Gr.3 & Gr.4 Lexus might make an appearance here some time down the road.

i have been trying them since you starting posting them but i cant get nowhere near your times (my driving is ****, im still a novice)
long story short i gave tuning the peugeot gr3 a try and i could get to 2:01 on nurb gp daily race qualifier
i then saw your tune and tried it straight away, but i could not get on with it? could get 2:03 - 2:02 and it felt like i was struggling with the car
so i was wondering if you could give my tune a try and tell me what you think? if i can get it to 2:01 im sure you can get it faster with your driving (i know nothing about cars BTW, cept it has an engine and 4 wheels)

Looks like there is a transmission Bug right now in the Gr.3 and Gr.4 Races if u are not driving the Warm Up. It resets the Transmission before the race!👎

Awesome tune on the gtr, but the gears, you are only showing the first gear and sixth gear, what ratio should I have on the rest of the gears?

i tweaked that setup a bit and also the transmission..yeah with shorter first gear u can take the hairpin better..i will update the setup later...

but i will work more on the grp4 ferrari setup.. iam actually stuck at 52,4 with the ferrari but i feel like there is more

Awesome! I would love if you could find a way to make the 458 competitive. It's really fun to drive but I can't figure out how to make it fast. I sold out and bought the GTR like everyone else after battling my way down to DR B with the 458 and all of a sudden with a stock GTR was running consistent 1.5 second faster laps my first time out. I'll keep a close eye on that setup!

It's not recommended in race because rear tyres will wear out very fast, you can keep a good pace till lap 6-7 then you will need to short-shift.

Big thanks MINKIHL for the tuning guides, have used the GT-R GRP3 tune around Nurburgring GP and massive difference in lap speed compared to the stock setup.
Best time thus far in qualifying time trial is at 1:57.677 on the old setup, I think I was losing time at turns 1, 3&4, as well as the Schumacher esses as I'm not running full throttle through those. I did find that during the 10 lap race that if I was chasing a car in front I had a lot of wash off or understeer, but as soon as I got clear air it was spot on again. Also about lap 5, the tyres begin to really suffer especially the fronts so the lap times start to drop off, but overall really enjoyed the tune and the racing online has been great with very few incidents.
Will load up the updated tune later tonight and see how I go.

First of all let me introduce myself, my Name is Dominik Allram, Iam 28 years old and Iam living in Austria (Vienna).

I drive Simracing since the end of 2004, I started with GT FIA Racing game, better known as GTR / GTR2.
After that i drove Endurance Championships in Rfactor and last i was competing in Iracing.

My Input Hardware started with a Logitech G25 and end in a Clubsport equip from Fanatec. (On PS4 i drive with G29 right now!)
