Missing Hunter!!??

I finally got all 100 hidden packages in the game and i was so happy, so i went to the helipad to pick it up and cause some mayhem but it wasn't there!! i went around the block a few times but still no hunter!! i was ready to cry but i then remembered i had 4 of them in garages (which i took from the base earlier in the game) and one in the hyman condo garage so i went to these places and blew them up but they kept coming back to the same garages, so i just took them out of the garage and left them lying in the street and then i went back to the helipad and it was there! (whew) so i saved and it has been there since, so if anyone finally gets all 100 packages and has hunter's stored in garages, take them out of the garages but don't blow them up and you'll be fine, just a warning.

Try looking on the helipad south of the Ocean View hotel.

Nah, it only appears there once you've gotten 100%. (the ocean beach helipad)

Huh, I thought it was 100 packages, not 100%...

no, no, no, i'm only done 78% of the game and the hunter is at the ocean beach heliport. you just need 100 packages and no other hunters stored in garages.

I dissagree, if you finish "keep your friends close" the hunter becomes avaiable at the army base and if you get 100 packages you get it at the helipad in ocean beach.

yeah you only have to go to level 12 to get 150 armor but i went to level 55 and got about $3 000 000 too.

I disagree on that note

I have 100 packages, but I havn't finished "Keep your friends Close" and both the tank and the Hunter spawn at the army base. On my other game, where I had about 40 hidden packages and finished "KYFC", I had the Hunter spawn at the base. I'm thinking first it spawns at the base, then it goes to the helipad...

wat mission is "keep ur friends close" and also how do u get the cop uniform?

The cop uniform is found in the Washington area Police station, inside the locker room.
You will know when you reach the keep your friends close mission.
