Yeah that's right FQ330

The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII just gets quicker and quicker; replacing the special edition FQ300 is a new model, the 330bhp, 315lb ft FQ330. FQ, by the way, is said to stand for ****ing Quick, and that's no joke - the FQ330, with its turbocharged 2.0-litre engine, will certainly better the FQ300's 0-60 time of 4.4 seconds, though no official performance figures have been released yet.

To get an extra 30bhp, the FQ330 has a supplementary ECU hardwired to the FQ300 engine management system and a revised waste-gate actuator ferrule, which increases turbo boost at peak pressure. The new car costs from £31,999, but if you've just shelled out for a FQ300 and haven't yet modified it yourself, Mitsubishi's Ralliart dealers will upgrade FQ300s for £1500 (plus VAT). The job takes two hours and will be fully warranted. The FQ330 will be distinguished, however, by new black alcantara/leather seats and special badging; each will be individually numbered. FQ330 models will also feature standard Smart Nav satellite navigation.

You used the £ sign so i'm assuming that's talking about the UK spec car. Also i've heard that FQ ****ing quick term before for the UK version of the Evo 6 I think.

I just wish prodrive would make an equivalent version car for the new Impreza.

....Too bad it's just an Evo VIII that will cost alot more than it would if you bought an ECU and a Wastegate to raise the PSI that much more...Chances are it'll have a crazy pricetag too

£31,999 + £1500 = £33,499

I'd save my money and buy a £20,000 Focus Rs or an older (Think two shapes back) WRX Sti Impreza.

By the way, is it your sole purpose in this forum to pour hatred down upon the Evolution VIII?
