There's obviously quite a few countries and continents represented in the championship as it seems.

We will have to address that when the game comes out and see were we stand. Hopefully everyone is wired and not wifi. It will help!
 
Fast wifi connections shouldn't be an issue. Due to where my PS4 resides, I'm not able to hardwire it, but I never heard anyone complain about me lagging in a MP race.

Thats good. I just know in some cases this can cause lag. Hard wired just insures the best possible connection. At least in theory. O by the way, glad to have you man. I didnt notice you signing up. My bad. :boggled: This is going to be a great season. Cant wait!!!👍 I look forward to beati.... I mean racing with you guys! :P

Yes, hard wired is definitely better. Especially to avoid disconnects. Unfortunately not an option for me at the moment.
I'm not sure if there's a possibility to check your own and your competitors ping like in iRacing?
 
Has anyone noticed that pcars is being released on the same day as gt1 was,i noticed cos its my birthday thats why im getting new toys,ups called,my bass shakers will be here tomoz!!woohoo
But my gtomega rig wont be in til 15th booooo....
But at least i can celebrate with an all nighter on p.cars!!woohoooo
 
My wheel has been dispatched and should be coming by the end if the week, going to go back to gt6 and have a few runs with it there to make sure everything is working, and then going to (try) and put it away until project cars so I don't get too used to the gran turismo physics

This will have to be tested with some practice races before the season begins. It would be good to set up a meet with as many cars as possible on a graphics intensive track to push the game to it's limits and see what happens. You don't want to be sorting this stuff out at the first official race.

I was just going to suggest this my self . After the 12th more testing will be need for a real stress test
 
Lag issues are mostly on you. Depends on your connection. I'd call your internet provider. Get a Tech to your house. Have them troubleshoot your internet. Try and be hard wired if you can

Great stuff,what wheel are you gettin and how are you mounting it?rig or desk top?
Also mate,do you have grid autosport cos you would me better using that to test your wheel

Got a wheel stand pro to go with it as I didn't have the space for something like a playseat. Wheel is a t300rs, already thinking of upgrading the pedals and getting a manual gearstick before I even have the wheel haha.

Don't have grid autosport unfortunately, already had a ps4 by the time it came out and thought that with driveclub I would have enough to keep me going until a proper sim came out for the ps4.
 
T3pa pedals with th basherboards brake mod is soooo good,th8a shifter is shockingly cool too! If you play f1 the f1 wheel rim is amazing although you can mod it to make it ultra realistic,the ferarri gte rim is great for gt cars tooand theres loads of bits on the tm wheels and accessories that you can carbon wrap,cue pics.......

Soo after not playing pcars for the last 4 weeks, I did just drive for an hour. Tried our Qualifying combo: Aston GT4@Silverstone GP and..did surprise myself quite a bit with my pace; I'm now P2 on the SMS-Leadboard :D

Great combo, lots of fun to drive

Im sorry. Are you talking about friend request for psn. If so ill check them in the morning. My kids use my ps4 to (even though they have there own grrrrrr.) I didnt see the request when it came in. Ill except when i get home. If not ill send you one. Sorry bro!
 
Hey Darian G. I think its time to do a review of pcars. I know you did one awhile back and yes there is a million of them but I like how you Break it Down. We need something new and fresh to get us through this 2 weeks! ;) Just an idea. 💡 Thanks.
