The brake balance settings are reversed when applied to the Shelby 427.

A front brake balance promotes oversteer and a rear promotes understeer.
In real life it's the opposite of course.

I don't know what to think anymore, this game is so messed up!

It depends on the suspension as well
Front Brake Bias
The weight shifts to the front more easily so the rear steps out
Rear Brake Bias
Not as much weight shifts the the front, so you understeer.
