What's really interesting about that livery, did PD preload these authentic decals or use the SVG function, like the decal community?
Would be great if authentic decals, from real race cars & teams, are already in the LE. If we head to the discovery section, a PD database(not just user/community loaded decals) containing licenced decals would be crazy good.

That would be a huge headache for Polyphony as it would have to manage a lot of legal agreements and rights licenses for something that would be of virtually no benefit to users. With the current system you will be able to find those same decals (and many others) that have been uploaded by the community without PD having to manage anything except a slight moderation and withdrawal if they receive complaints from the brands.

In fact, if PD wanted to include a specific decal, it would be more logical for one of its workers to upload it through a user profile.

Not sure how much work it was to get the current official decals in GT Sport, but those are there. Players still upload the same decals. Some colorable, some not.

We got the Mazda Motorsports decals for a limited time. We have the current Toyota Gazoo Racing decals. We'll see if or who PD has partnered with and what the possibilities will be.

edit: In the trailer, the demo is showing ”PDI Preset decals”
It’s not showing as the downloaded decals in Library. It’s possibly a sign there are sponsor decals from actual race cars in the Livery Editor.
We did get both Emil Frey Lexus RC Fs. Could still be an agreement between PDI and Emil Frey.
