Say it'd be more likely to be a possible brake or suspension failure than a lock up, considering how the car suddenly veered off, something a simple lock-up wouldn't really cause, especially so suddenly.

Suspension failure, I'd say, or a front disc failure. Both rear tyres leave impressive skid marks from the point where he first braked. Do your own joke.
