He took part in four different races: 1971, 1973, 1974 and 1976. His highest result was in 1974 with a 5th place finish in in the McLaren M16C/D Works car. I can't find anything on the engine. How many times has David Hobbs competed in the Indy 500? What was his best finish, and what (chassis and engine) was he driving?
All 33 cars cars ran Offenhauser turbo engines that year. So Hobbo must have, too. Please take your turn, Obelisk. BTW, are you particularly interested in obelisks? Ever seen one?He took part in four different races: 1971, 1973, 1974 and 1976. His highest result was in 1974 with a 5th place finish in in the McLaren M16C/D Works car. @TB said my avatar should be an obelisk. I haven't really seen one as far as I remember. My username is a long story, too.All 33 cars cars ran Offenhauser turbo engines that year. What was Kimi Rakkonen's reason for missing the ceremony for Michael Schumacher's last race, and what was the reporter's response?
Bingo.He was "Having a 🤬"
To quote the reporter "Ok, haha thanks"
Oops, sorry. Your turn. Or you can hand it off to someone else.Is it my turn or.....?

I believe I've read that he was the first one to use slipstream, that being the race it was first taken advantage of?I got one, sorry in advamce because I excel in Nascar knowledge.
The 1950 Southern 500 at Darlington was the first race of it's kind in Nascar, a "Super Speedway" also the first ever 500 mile race. It was won by Johnny Mantz who was 10 seconds off the pace of the nearest competitior during Qualifying.
What was his winning strategy?
What was his margin of victory?

I can't really prove or cite this, but I am pretty sure there was never another Nascar (or any major race) won using this strategy.
I excel in Nascar knowledge.
Given how slow he was going, did he win by not having to pit in for fuel and/or tyres?
You both answered different parts of the question correctly. You guys can decidewho gets the next question.
Hawthorn never scored but one point for fastest lap at Monaco, but it was not counted due to the "best 6" rule in '58.
Correct, apart from oneOriol Servia and Justin Wilson
Edit: Robin Frijns
