Cooper entered 22 GPs before they won a race. The first entered Cooper was at the 1950 Monaco GP by Harry Schell

Kuzma won their second race (1952 Indy 500)
Epperly won their second race (1957 Indy 500)
March won their second race (1970 Spanish GP)

Whichever constructor you are thinking of, I will have the reply to it.
I had Epperly down as winning their first race, the 1957 Indy 500, as I was following this list. I didn't know they entered the 1955 Indy 500 too.

Seeing as Jimlaad got all five teams which won their debut World Championship race, it's his turn.

I still say Watson won his first as a constructor in 1956.

And Coopers entered as F2's wouldn't have been eligible for WC points.

There wasn't a CC at that point.

Watson won the 1956 Indy 500, but had entered cars from 1950-53

I'll concede that 2 liter Cooper-Bristol and 2 liter Cooper-Climax cars raced before Moss's win.

And after further research, I'll concede Watson branded cars raced at Indy before winning in 1956.

Alright, lets try something different.

Which International race circuit is located here?

It's on roughly the same latitude as Berlin but I think it's too far west to actually be Berlin so it's not AVUS. The Lausitzring is further east (and slightly south) from there.

It could be Oschersleben.

Identify the track that hosted a Grand Prix only 5 times.

Your hint:

Including sections of the RN138 and the RN840 roads, the wooded section of this track ran down to a hairpin curve.

RN says France to me. Wooded suggests it isn't Reims, so I'll say Rouen-les-Essarts?

E: If I'm right, pick a number between 2 and 16

That was quick, wow... Was going to offer a very complicated hint, but oh well. I'll make a different question with this hint.

Uh. 13.
