Multi class 2.4 hour Daytona Road Course

Hey CND, I just wanted to let you know that PURE offers free car specification sets for Grand-Am Rolex Daytona racing.

They've been raced already and have proven themselves to be well balanced so feel free to use them if you'd like.

Then you won't have to take so much time to test and can just start practicing with your drivers and focus on getting your regulations right.

Also, I wanted to let you know that you must drop the third class. Three classes with 16 slots per room has never, ever, worked and it simply kills the racing and the series that attempt to run three classes. Just trust me, I've been here a looong time. Just a fair heads up.

Thank you for the specs. I am currently in the Rolex Sports Car series. We are testing for season 2. I will drop class 2 if no one signs up for it. The classes are there, but if no one is interested in a particular class then I won't have it. I will take your advice on any series I try to start. This is more of a spot race. I have never raced a 3 class race before. Thank you for your feedback.

Yes you are in. I will release the lmp specs within a few weeks. They will have somewhere between 475-500 bhp.

Yea I changed my mind. I based them off PURE's specs. We are probably only having 2 classes unless I see a lot of interest in class 2.

No not completely. I will test different models and see if there are some that are dominant. I will make adjustments when needed.

Race is postponed due to lack of car count. I would like at least 5 in each class before we have this. Let's get this going. I will tell my other racing series about this.

And might I suggest you use heavy damage instead,that kind makes the whole timed stop in the pit obsolete, since having to limp back to the pit is "penalty" enough... plus it makes the race more realistic... or not, your call

I second this notion. Besides, it will be difficult to enforce the "30 seconds in your pit" rule.
